Great stay
Extra clean, spacious apartment like, good breakfat, great value, if you choose the two bedroom apartment which face the road, it maybe a little noisy for some people. You may opt for the smaller ones facing the city for extra privacy. Alejandro and Luis are two great professionals and made our stay exceptional. Thank you.

The property is well located for certain activities (university related ones) and is a beautiful place. Rooms are not as quiet and dark as I like, but are good nonetheless. It's a recommendable place to stay for work and probably for vacations too.

Simple comfort near University
The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was basic but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was very close to the university, which was the purpose of my trip.

Not a good place at all
The unit was falling apart, no air conditioning and the shower curtain did not fit the shower - water went all over the floor The laminate flooring was falling apart. there was a stove, fridge and sink but not cook ware - question why have a stove.

First visit
Great location for restaurants, people watching, shopping, public transit. I wouldn’t recommend night time travel on foot, but overall pleased with my stay. The room required some renovations (minor water damage, poor paint job) and a personal thermostat (it was cold). With ample linen, I was able to combat some of the cold with my stay. The staff were friendly, respectful and engaged (even with my limited understanding of espanol). I will recommend utilizing Uber; you will save more money.

Hotel near city center but noisy
Very dissapointing experience. Staff were very diligent and gently. Breakfast was nice and clean room. But it was noisy because near from a main street. Not at all as photos show it and also no courtains so day light awakes you. Dissapointing experience

The room was really clean, the staff friendly. The hotel was in a safe area, full of residents and college students. And walkable to the Candelaria. The only real negative was that it is at the top of a really steep hill.

Great hotel! ( road noise)
Loves the service, the bar prices are great and the food is amazing! My only complaint is there is a big road next to it and it can be a little disturbing if you have a little one :( no crib neither. We took our pack n play. Overall it's great, just ask for a room that is not next to the road.

Perfect room in very central location, perfect to explore both north and midtown Bogotá. Arriving late at night by foot would not be desirable, but the neighborhood feels generally safe. Very generous breakfast, nice facilities for the price.

Safe, clean and friendly place to stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. I was not feeling great but the bed was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Room service was prompt and the food was tasty. It was in a good situation for my husband to get a taxi and take the cable car to the top of Monserrate hill.

THE GOOD AND THE NOT SO GOOD ...
Good - reasonably priced (for Bogota) and spacious service style apartment rooms; good breakfast including fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice; good, reliable wifi in rooms; generally friendly staff. Not so good - rooms - on the noisy side, particularly those overlooking the circunvalar (bypass) which gets busy from around 0600 (very few hotels in Bogota - in my experience - benefit from double glazing); breakfast - the good selection was let down by the rather chaotic service with tables not reset and staff (when they were there at all) generally bewildered and lacking interest (I think part of the problem may have been that in common with a lot of hotels in Latin America the need to generate extra income meant that staff were often supporting business and other events taking place in the hotel); and finally location - as other reviews (including on other sites) have pointed up the hotel sits at the top of a VERY steep (if short) climb from the main carrera 7 (avenue) - this is exacerbated by the high altitude for those not acclimatised. Obviously not an issue for guests arriving by car or taxi but if not certainly worth bearing in mind. Overall impression - I"ve stayed in a number of hotels in Bogota and have still to find one that ticks all of the boxes that are important for me (and I'm really not that fussy!) I would put this one firmly in the middle of the pack.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY NEAR CHAPINERO
My spacious one-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. Staff was excellent and restaurant served great food at a reasonable price. Up the hill from Carrera 7 on the edge of Chapinero--a brisk walk up but well worth getting the exercise!

This hotel was an unexpected surprise. The staff was unbelievably courteous and pleasant. The rooms are studio apartments and elegantly appointed and furnished. There's 24 hour room service and the food is excellent and very cheap. The wireless Internet in the lobby was very fast. The hotel itself was very attractive and spotless. It was a great experience and the best value I experienced in over 20 trips to Colombia.

Nice Hotel a bit of a walk from Bogota
It was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, though cold at night. The real problem was it was about a 40 minute walk from downtown Bogota, which wasn't entirely clear when I booked it. It was still in walking distance, just not a great walk for part of it. The room was cold at night. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

Hotel with horrible location! No heat.
I dont recomed this hotel is your are thinking about location. It is close to favelas and quite dangerous at night. However the inside is great, good and spacious room in a old style like old Factory, This is what I enjoyed the most. The people at the desk were very unexpirenced and the other problema was that no central heat, that night was very cold and I had to bring a heater from the kitchen!

Quality and Service at it's Peak...
To arrive in the room with flower petals across the room and creating a heart on the bed was a pleasant surprise, but the service and attention to details was the best. Also the Hotel is conveniently located in a great area with all major attractions close by. It was one of the best experiences I've had in any hotel.

Poor structure
The hotel is good in general but lacks comfort. There is only one elevator, so be prepared to wait. The check-out is also a challenge. The staff is friendly and the location is good although not walking distance from anything.

This was an excellent hotel for the value. The location was not the greatest but cabs are pretty cheap so it more than made up for it. There was an excellent breakfast included and the room was clean and the staff was nice

Cómodo, buena opción.
El hotel es muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Con unas pequeñas mejoras podría ser fantástico. Necesitan poner ganchos para colgar las toallas, lámparas que alumbren (las que hay en los cuartos son tan suaves que no se ve nada) y poner enseres en la cocineta, no hay ni un vaso por lo que no se puede usar para nada.
