“Not reccomended”

Some staffs are very unprofessional. We booked a room with 2 beds, but when we got to the hotel, a receptionist gave us a room with only 1 sofa bed. I then showed him my itinerary that I got from Expedia, and he told us that he doesn't care what we have, he refused to look at it. (Later on we were told that this guy was lazy, he should have double check our itinerary...) I had to call Expedia (paid international rate), and Expedia called the hotel, and a different staff (a much nicer guy) gave us a room with 2 beds. This almost ruin our trip. Another draw back, this's not a hotel, this's resident home, so they don't clean your room unless you stay more than 7 days. Unfortunately for us, we stayed for 5 days. We had to ask for more bath towers and toilet papers. Motion sensors control the light on all floors. It was a little scary for us the first time. Imagine the first time you go to your room, when the elevator door opens, you look around, and everywhere is dark. Until you step out of the elevator, walk a few steps, then the lights start to turn on. Other than that, the hotel is new and clean. The bed is very small. I have never seen bed this small. There're 2 nice restaurants and a grocery store right next to the hotel. The nearest train station is 15 minutes walking away.
