This place is almost comically bad. I was rolling through Boise and needed a place at the last minute. The facilities were broken down, dirty, and truly sub-standard. I literally brought my sleeping bag from my car -- I couldn't imagine was the sheets were like under the bedspread. I've stayed in thousands of hotels -- this quite frankly was the WORST of the bunch.

I needed a cheap place to spend the night and this was it. It was good but nothing special. I was pleasantly surprised that I got breakfast in the morning!

Avoid!!! There was something sketchy with administration. We got there and the staff person couldnt find our reservation, they claimed they always have problems with expedia. Then they were going to put us in a room, had some guy go check it was available. There was a staff member staying there. They finished up our new paperwork then found our original. Someone else had signed under my name and they were in our original room. They said they had a new system and it kept messing up and how she book someone to an already occupied room the other week. It was 1am so we didnt want to go somewhere else. We were so sketched out we put our table in front of the door. Then in the am we go to check out. There was no one at the desk. We had to call the number, the maintenance guy (the staff member staying in the room from the night before) came to check us out. There was and issue with the system and it was saying we owed 50$ and that someone paid 40$cash the night before (which we didnt do as we prepaid) then he couldnt get a manager on the phone to help. Anywho super sketchy. Also the giy who got our original room reported blood on the sheets. Avoid! Seemed like people were living there as there was a school bus stop there in the am with a bunch of kids getting on.

there was misunderstanding with the names when the lady checked in right before you her name sounded so close to yours it was a honest mistake as soon as i realize what had happened i corrected the other guest room to be in the correct room again i apologize and i apologized we are learning a new system along with all new employees including myself and Michael being new manger to this property as t unfortunately mistakes happen as long as you weren't over charged as to people living on site we do have a few extended say people here at our hotel with the way the economy is now days we do have guest that need to stay a little longer I am sorry your stay was confusing and unenjoyable I hope time your in Boise you'll give us another try

This has become a homeless hotel, with various unsavory characters living there - seems almost third world.

Worse travel experience I have ever experienced. Didn’t stay there for more then 5 mins before I had to find a new hotel. I would not recommend this to anyone. Unsafe for my family and extremely dirty. I have never seen anything like this in my years of traveling. Please verify your hotels Expedia so no one has to go through that again.

Overnight stay on our way to Vegas. Room was clean/comfortable. Towels were new.it was quiet even though its close to the airport. Denny's is a short walk.

Clean and comfortable for overnight
The room was comfortable and clean. It was in okay condition, but it's obvious some of it is pretty old. Even though it said it was a non smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes. There seemed to be a lot of people living at the hotel and the condition of their rooms didn't look very good. They were nice people, though, and no problem to us. Very good bed.

Staff was friendly. Property is rather seedy, with derelict vehicles and discarded appliances lying about. Room was clean, although it smelled like it had only been converted to a "No Smoking" room.

I had requested a king bed but because of weather received 2 double beds. There was no soap or shampoo in our room and the lotion bottle was half used. Had been told that breakfast would be served between 6 and 10 but when we went down at 7:30 there was no breakfast. Set up.

I called 2 days prior to our trip to inform the staff that we would be arriving around midnight. When we got there, we were told that Expedia overbooked the hotel. I will say though, that they did help us find a room at a nearby hotel.

Checking in was a breeze. Helpful, polite service by the gentleman that checked me and showed me my room. From there it pretty much when downhill. My room had many flies in it, there was no shower curtain or bath mat. I went to the front desk to let them know, unfortunately the gentleman that checked me had left for day. They did put in a shower curtain and said there was nothing they could do about the flies. I suggested getting one of the pet/people friendly products that are now on the market. The girl was nice about trying to go in my room and killing them with a fly swatter. She claimed she killed them all but one. Not true because they were back. They have a real fly problem there, not only my room but the lobby and where they serve breakfast. Outside by the pool, maybe a bug zapper would be a good investment! Breakfast was another problem, no paper cups for coffee and no food. The person who was supposed to order the food did not, so there was nothing to serve. They did offer to pay for breakfast at Denny’s which was very close and convenient. There were a lot of kids that belonged to the employees running around getting things out of snack area which I’m sure caused the shortage of some of the supplies. I stayed there last year and had no problems. The bright side of my trip was the gentleman who check me in when I arrived and checked me out when I left.

They did not have a room for us like we requested. Facility looked like people lived there and in their cars in the parking lot. Parking lot had broke down cars and junk littered about.

Cute pool area and nice little breakfast! Room had a hard time with card key multiple times, bathroom had some spots and we mostly got a pile of lotion (no soap or shampoo), but overall the stay was nice and the kids had lots of fun.

The whole place is groose. Disabled cars in parking lot. Live in tenants smoking and living outside their room doors. Many front door locks are broken (2 for me alone). I had to kill 6 flies in my first room (Friday), they gave my room away for Saturday, so they gave me another room that the desk lady had to climb through the window to open the door and she said don't close the door when you have to go in and out. WHAT!!!!! Everyone is nice, but you have no cleanliness and any cense of security. Many of the people that work there also live there. No true cleaning staff, just the people that live there help out. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE! I didn't even want to try the breakfast.

This place resembled a half way house located in the ghetto. Pool was gross. Questionable neighbors. Unkempt outside. Beds were ok but sheets had holes in them. Not sure if clean. We slept on top not between sheets. Fearful of bugs. The carpeting was damp. Blankets had the consistency of a table cloth. Didn’t leave because we were totally exhausted and traveling with a child. Nearby Dennys was a joke with only one server who also was busboy and cashier; one cook. We ordered pizza to be delivered instead. I definitely would not recommend for a family. It would perhaps be appropriate for young people whose standards are neutral. Never again.

Front desk operation - check-in and check-out - lacking though the staff was polite and apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. It seems like they are working hard to renovate the hotel but are just not up to speed as far as staffing.

Roomsnot properly stocked. Not given the proper room we were scheduled for until 30 minute wait for staff to figure out their computer. Had another guest trying to get in our room because they were given the same room keys. The breakfast staff never showed up so no breakfast and no soap in bathroom. Dirty walkways and staff overloaded. Cops came due to a fight on premises.

There appeared to be lots of people “living” at this hotel. Non-smoking seems more a suggestion than a rule. Our room didn’t smell like smoke, but every time I walked out of the room there was lots. Breakfast was very disappointing. Room was cleanish- could have been a lot better but livable. Parking was tight- would be better if there wasn’t storage happening in some of the spaces.

Clerk gave us the same keys for the room that another guest had just returned because someone was already in that room. He knew what he was doing, he was giving us a room someone had been using Whitley waiting for their long term room to be ready. He was passing off an already used room without cleaning it.

I felt bad for the front desk people who tried their best with having no cleaning staff. They asked me to come back in an hour because our room was not clean. The comforter has stains on it and so did the towels. There is piles of metal trash around the property. The staff was kind the place was dirty.
