Love the hotel. Clean, comfy and close to everything. Bars, restaurants and shopping.

Would stay againPosted Oct 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Boise Guest House was comfortable, cute, and within walking distance of downtown. The bed smelled a bit like a wet dog though.

Boise Guest HousePosted Aug 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Tho nice to have a full kitchen it does take up space and make the room a bit cramped. It was hard to find a spot to keep our 2 open suitcases. Great location convenient to visiting the city and comfortable pleasant environment.

We were travelling from Idaho Falls to Portland. It was just like home and lots of personal touches. At last a kettle so I could have a proper cup of tea!

Just Like HomePosted May 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
A cozy and comfortable space in a delightful residential district of Boise. I was able to walk and bike everywhere in the city I wanted to go. Despite the absence of a "live" person at the guest house, the remote system was actually very welcoming and efficient.

Private, secluded yet in the heart of downtown.Posted May 21, 2014
Pros: (see above)
Cons: I was nervous about overnight parking, because the signage was confusing, was worried rental car would get towed.
Location: Very conveniently situated near the capitol building.
I was not expecting a full sized kitchen nor a spare bedroom, so that was an added bonus. I also liked that they have bicycles for rent. The only thing I did not like was there is only a shower rather than a bath tub, and this would not be ideal for those traveling with an infant or toddler.

Uncomfortable stayPosted Apr 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
The heat was not on in our room when we arrived about 9:30 pm. Room number 2 has hardwood floors so it was very cold getting ready for bed. When we turned the heat on it was baseboard heat and the head of the bed was about 12 inches from the heaters which were loud. There is no headboard on the bed so you cannot lean up against it. There is only a hard plastic chair in the room so it was not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. There is no common area indoors. I would not recommend this unit because of these factors.

fantastic alternative to a hotel/motelPosted Mar 29, 2014
Terrific location, wonderful amenities. I can't imagine staying in a hotel or motel given this alternative. SO much more comfortable and relaxing. Great historic character as well.
