Cons: Unfortunately the wall mounted thermostat in the room never really worked properly but we were able to override it with the cooling unit directly.
We stayed as a family at the Marriott Boise West Meridian and everything was great. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

Location: close to I-84, easy but you couldn't hear the traffic. Near most activities and quality places to eat .
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and for the price it was money well spent. Exceptional customer service, room was clean and not maintenance issue. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit in the future.

Pros: Front desk staff and comfortable, clean room.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Just off I-84, about two blocks south on Eagle Road.
Nice 3.5 star type hotel, just off the freeway in Meridian. Nothing to complain about. Our group had four rooms and everyone was pleased. No one complained. The front desk staff were all very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and included small fridge and microwave and the usual amenities. Tons of places to eat just north on Eagle Road. We did not eat at the hotel. We went there because most other places nearby were booked up due to sports events in town and the price was right at $79 per room. As seems to be the case at most Marriott Courtyards, extremely slow elevator. Have patience.

Pros: I think this was the first hotel I ever stayed in that had a thermostat! The bed sheets didn't feel like they were all starched to death!
A wonderful place to stay! We really enjoyed the great night's sleep we got. Perhaps that was because were were tucked away in the corner of the hotel near an exit that probably wasn't used all that much. Still, a great night.

The resturant was very slow service. Other then that this hotel was amazing and we will stay there again. The rooms were very big and comfy. Thank you for a great weekend!

Location: The location was very convenient, right off the exit but without any heavy traffic problems.
The actual hotel itself was great. Our room was very nice and the beds were amazing. The hotel staff were very accomodating to our entire group (8) My only complaint about this facility is the restaurant. The service was HORRIBLE, the food was mediocre at best. If you want a quick bite to eat DO NOT EAT here. We waited for over 45 minutes for an omelet....and we were the only people in the restaurant at the time.
