“Easy access”

Within a few blocks from the Interstate, easy on/off. No restaurant but next to a chain pizza place. Clean, convenient, comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Friendly staff. Everything worked, no leaks or "surprises".

This hotel is a good value and in a good location so close to the airport. The staff is very friendly.

“Disappointing”

Booked this hotel because of good relationship with local Extended Stay America in Fresno, CA. As a Property Supervisor for several hundred apartments, I send residents to a nearby Extended Stay in cases of emergencies. Always had good reports from those brief stays and have first hand knowledge that those rooms are clean & acceptable. The rooms I booked in Boise were not cleaned thoroughly - it was evident when seeing the bathroom toilet, the previous guest's wash rag still on the shower rod and the unclean surfaces in the "kitchen" area, etc. That was just in MY room - I know that my brother's room was in a similar condition. Sorry, but I know I will not stay there again.

“Not Impressed”

-the room had an odd smell. -very poor lighting in the room. -tiny shelf space in the bathroom. -hallway noise was very loud.

I have to say that I am a pretty easy going person. I have worked in a hotel and I dont complain much but i have to say that this what NOT a great stay and i wont be going back.

Upon check in at the motel the front desk lady was very rude! Our room was gross! The walls were nasty and seal around the tub was molded and falling appart! Chair was broken and no cover over the outlet! bed was hard and falling appart! and they only service your room 1 out of a 7 night stay!! Yet the rooms are nasty!!

“What a dirt hole”

Upon arrival I felt the need to conduct a thorough roach and bedbug inspection. To my surprise, I didn't find any evidence of either. The room was not what I would call clean, with a smelly comforter, stained carpet and stuff that should have been swept up on the hard floor. The room hadn't been used in some time, considering the toilet bowl was completely dry and upon first flush colored water was present. I'd like to at least say that the staff was good, but I can't. The front desk person seemed to have no clue how to check people in efficiently, as an influx of guests is certainly out of the ordinary for this dirt hole hotel. She continuously mentioned that the cleaning staff would be upset, by the number of guests who stayed. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in (the worst actually had roaches).
