Check in agent was pleasant and accommodating. Room was what I want after a long day of travel. Disappointed to see their idea of breakfast was a coffee pot, hot water pot and a couple of industrial myffins😵💫

Easy check in and check out, very friendly staff overall, room was incredibly clean, all kitchen appliances worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. The tv remote was annoying as you had to mash the buttons down in order for it to respond and the channel options were limited.

Our stay was good for the most part. Other than reserving a king size bed for our room and ending up with something way smaller. Would stay there again.

Limited basics like bathroom fan, etc. Listened to hpusekeeping and front office loudly discuss what has happened to patrons lost cell phones was a bit off putting. Also no entry lights st night.

Had a problem at check in and wouldn’t let me check in because I’m 19 not 21. After I explained to her that on the website it says 18yrs old and that I had been driving all day and the room was already purchased she finally let me in. Super sweet lady but was worried I just got scammed for 70 bucks and would have to find another hotel at 1 in the morning. Hotel was very very clean and upkept

The guy working night check in was wonderful and super helpful. However, whoever was working the morning shift kept calling us (3 times) after 10am to make sure we knew checkout was 11. She also came to our door and knocked to tell us! We had a newborn sleeping and wanted to wait until exactly 11am to leave so we didn’t have to wake her up, but having someone calling the room phone and knocking loudly every 15 mins woke her up anyway. Not sure why they want to pressure you to leave when you paid for a room until 11am. I understand calling and bothering people after it’s passed checkout but not before. Ridiculous. We won’t stay again. Families beware!

Walls are thin and not the hotel’s fault but had a sporatically loud drunk guy next door who kept me up most of the night. Although It’s a suite, no plates, cups, etc were provided. Must make you own ice by tray in freezer and no ice machines in hotel. Laminate flooring needed a good scrubbing

The room overall and the furniture is so old and not in a good shape. There was space under the entrance door enough for my phone to get through it. The air conditioner/heater was so loud, so I couldn't sleep well.

Furniture was a bit antiquated, the counter tops at coffee rings, hadnt been cleaned off, remote took a bit to work, no oats or sweetrolls, muffins at least? Staff was fine
