Cheap and does the trick but would not stay here again, the bathroom was not cleaned very well, shower didn’t drain at all, just felt gross and unclean. Customer service was hit and miss, evening check in was not friendly, morning crew was cheerful. Both the TV and phone had been unhooked by someone and had to do my own tech support as pretty sure they only had one staff person on. Hotel is also very very noisy, can hear other guests clearly.

Hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well stocked. Breakfast for a vegan is a waste of time. I have a cat, this is a pet friendly hotel, I was shocked at the $50 charge to keep my cat in the room. I understand 20 or $30 but I think 50 is a little too steep. It is a good place to be in an enjoyable hotel.

Great place for a quick turnaround while traveling. Nice to find a place that our dogs are welcome and they put us on the ground floor for my old dog that has a hard time walking too far. Nice stay

when we checked into our room the TV welcomed us with our name. In the evening there was a plate of fresh made cookies every night. The room was very quiet even though we were near the gym, pool and ice machine. They serve a wonderful breakfast with a wide array of food choices to please anyone. The best part for us was they served breakfast until 10am this was a blessing for us because we never could make early hour breakfasts. The coffee was alway going day and night and even the paper cups for coffee were fun as they were decorated with different smiles and different clothing. The shower was excellent. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was so welcoming we would definitely go back there again. They really made us feel like special customers. Highly recommend.

The stay was fine. At check-in, the desk was willing to allow my sister to check-in later to share the room w/me, as I was going to already be asleep. The only negative was that I was in the shower before I discovered there was no shampoo in the eco-friendly dispenser. I had to get more shampoo downstairs at the front desk and then return to wash my hair. Made for an unnecessarily long night before I could hit the pillow.

Everything you would expect from Hampton but this hotel is right next to the freeway on ramp and has older windows so it’s incredibly loud. The a/c heat unit is also very loud. Luckily I was able to move rooms to a less noisy side as far as traffic..but the heat a/c was still super loud. They did give me earplugs. I didn’t sleep too well because I could still hear a lot through the plugs. Also no laundry at this facility. However, staff was great, room was clean and well stocked, plenty of food at breakfast including to go lunch bags in the morning and cookies in the afternoon and well stocked lobby store for treats and necessities. It was very affordable so maybe that’s where the value is in terms of their location and the extensive noise level.
