Good locationPosted Jan 23, 2015
The hotel is renovating, so elevators were very slow. Staff & Housekeeping use the same elevators as Guests, which made for a long elevator wait. Front Desk Staff was very accommodating, always pleasant. After day 4, had to request housekeeping to change the sheets.

The hotel was nice and would stay there again. Some construction work was being done on the building which woke us up In the morning hours.

Nice placePosted Jan 19, 2015 on Hotels.com
Everything was great but in the morning early the housekeepers were knocking to get in the room and then they started vacuuming outside the door, was hoping to sleep in but that didn't happen

Uncomfortable and nobody could helpPosted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels.com
The employees were wonderful but the hotel was under construction so the noise was all day long (no day naps!!) and the blankets broke out my face horribly bad I slept only a few hours the entire trip.. And they had no other blankets on hand for people like me with super sensitive skin.. And breakfast was either picky eater friendly or they had "green stuff" in the potatoes and eggs..

Wonderful Experience!!Posted Jan 2, 2015 on Hotels.com
This was my first experience with this hotel and hotel brand. When visiting Boise I typically stay at The Grove Hotel, the room type I desired was unavailable so decided to take a chance on the Hampton. What a great decision that was! The service I experienced was phenomenal, on par if not better then many 4 - 5 star hotels I have frequented! The room was updated, spotless, and comfortable, the complementary breakfast was impressive, the pool area was great, not to mention the location and the pricing! My compliments to the management of this hotel you have one of the finest staff I have ever had the privilege of being taken care of by. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing you again in the very near future!

Good location, great staffPosted Dec 27, 2014
Pros: The staff, breakfast, and jacuzzi.
We stayed in a King Suite, really enjoyed the room and the location. The breakfast was a great touch, plenty of food and no need to hunt for tables to eat at even on a very busy weekend before Christmas. The best part about the stay was definitely the staff. They are over the top accommodating and apparently ready to do whatever it takes to make your stay perfect.

Very comfortable facilityPosted Dec 25, 2014
Location: Centrally located in downtown close to good places to eat.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the breakfast is better than anywhere else we've stayed and the lobby is very comfortable.

Comfortable, convenient hotel.Posted Dec 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
My wife and I were in Boise for The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. The weather was terrible but the game and the hotel were great. The hotel is in easy walking distance to everything downtown and easy to get in and out of. The accommodations and public spaces were very comfortable but a little worn. They are about to undertake a major re-modeling which should improve this aspect of the hotel. The service and staff were spot on very responsive. When we return to Boise we will definitely stay here again and we will see how the renovations turn out.
