“Boise Philharmonic”
Friendly staff, quiet & comfortable room, soup and cookies at dinner time, and a great breakfast.
“Great, Comfortable Stay”
Went to Boise for a Boise State football game. Was looking for a hotel that was affordable and had a great breakfast. The Hampton Inn met both of these desires and more. The beds were comfortable, the front desk people were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was really good!!! Definitely a place I would stay at again.
“Good hotel”
Overall good hotel. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or taste the breakfast but it looked good. Easy access and plenty of parking. Only negative was I found a used wash cloth in the shower curtain from the previous tenant.
“Nice, quiet, efficient”
Spent 4 nights there and enjoyed the staff, the facilities and the overall appearance of the hotel. Room was well appointed, quiet and clean. The morning breakfast was great, good food and attentive staff. Fairly close to the downtown area. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are going to the Boise area.
“Fine service and comfort in convenient location”
I stayed here on business and was very pleased with the attention of the front desk staff, their friendly manner and sincere desire to serve. Room was comfortable and pleasantly quiet for being so near the freeway--but that location was great for business. Just a few blocks away from good, reasonable eating choices. Pool is small, but nice amenities including free breakfast (and to go breakfast bags if you need to scoot before 6 am were already available at the front desk. Will certainly return here should travel permit.
“Nearly Perfect Stay!”
Enthusiastic and helpful front desk staff. They had everything I needed including toothpaste which I forgot to pack and stamps. They even offered to mail my letters for me. The pool, while a little over-chlorinated, was open 24 hours! Room was very comfortable and well-appointed. I wish the air conditioner fan would run continuously instead of starting and stopping all night. Breakfast was good, hot and cold foods and plenty of everything. Love the warm cookies and soup in the evenings as well as the bowl of fruit in the lobby. My door was not locking properly and within minutes of my complaint it was repaired. Wish all hotels took this much time and effort to please their customers. Would stay here again!
“Homey”
Made to feel at home
“Comfortable, quality customer service, beautiful”
This was our second stay at this hotel. Customer service is the best. The fitness room, swimming pool, jaccuzi, daily fresh cookies and fresh made breakfast are plusses. The room is extremely comfortable and since the hotel is not overly large, everything is in close proxemity. The location is next to a major freeway, accross the street from the highway and surrounded with shopping and restaurants.
“Outstanding.....except the bed.........which is kinda important.”
The Hampton Inn in Meridian exceeded our expectations. Very nice quality, updated, super friendly staff, outstanding continental breakfast that included eggs, sausage, waffles etc. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the bed. It was like sleeping on an old mattress at grandma's house where you fall toward the center. My wife and I were rolling into each other all night. In the end, she slept in the center, or bottom in this case, and I teetered on the edge. Get new mattresses and this place will be 5 stars all the way. We are taking a trip to Seattle in the next few months and we are booking a room at the Hampton Inn up there just from our experience in Meridian. Hopefully they have better beds...... :-)
“Very Nice Hotel”
Excellent conditon. Great value.
