“The extra mile”

My family slept in following our stay on New Year's Eve. We looked at the clock and realized the breakfast buffet would be ending in 1 minute. My daughter and I rushed down to see if we could still get any breakfast. My husband and our other daughter came a few minutes later. The staff person who was there trying to clean up was very gracious and allowed us to get our breakfast; even offering to bring back some of the items she had already put away. I know it was a pain for her and we caused her extra time and effort, but her attitude was nothing but kind and accomodating. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thanks for going above and beyond.

“Extrememly clean hotel !”

I love staying at the Hampton Inn..The Staff makes ou feel like family..The water in the swimming pool is warm most always could be a little warmer on some days and hot tub is a little to hot for many..but they both are so extremely clean ! Walking into our room is just a fresh clean smell and appearance always.. A nice selection on Breakfast bar also..I have a hard time wanting to stay anywhere else when we go to Boise..Therefor our family gives it 5 stars all the way !

“BETEER than the Pictures!!”

What an amazing surprise!! This Hotel is actually better than the pictures...which never happens! The breakfast was amazing! Omeletes even!! I travel extensively and stay at various different hotels. I will definately try to stay at all Hampton Inn's from now on! I hope they were all as amazing as this one was!! Price was great as well.

“Clean, quiet, and classy with great location”

We live in the area and stayed for our anniversary "getaway." The hotel is classy, right next door to the 21-theater cinemas and lots of restaurants, less than a mile away from Wal-mart, and couldn't be closer to I-84. North/northeast-facing rooms have a nice view of the Boise temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is especially beautiful at night. South/southwest-facing rooms overlook restaurants, hotels, some commercial and then residential areas. It was a nice quiet stay for us and completely met my wife's expectations as well as mine. We didn't have time to use the pool/spa area, but it looked very inviting. My favorite thing about Hampton Inns is the breakfast. The eating area is spacious and clean and the food selection is above average for free hotel breakfasts. The waffle maker is my personal favorite and they also had scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, milk, juice, oatmeal with toppings, and more. The breakfast really made me feel like a valued guest. We have also stayed at the Hampton Inn in downtown Boise and had an excellent experience.

Oh my gosh, I'm not sure if I have enough space to say how wonderful this hotel was. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was varied, and more than just muffins and juice. The convenience to everything was perfect...right on and off the interstate with ease. There is a movie theater right across the parking lot and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The exercise room was a good size and the equipment was state of the art and maintained. I would recommend this hotel over and over and over again.

The staff was awesome and very friendly! There was so much to choose from at the breakfast buffet and it was all delicious. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice t.v. and fast internet connection. No complaints! I was very impressed and will stay there again!
