Holiday Inn Boise Airport

The quality of the facility was excellent. Only two marks against were 1) the hot tub was too hot - well over 110 degrees. Too hot for anyone to enjoy. 2) the mattress on the couch sofa/sleeper was terrible. It was as if there wasn't even a mattress on the bed. Cared even less for the employee's response: "that's just the way those mattresses are." Not so! I've been on some very thick and comfortable sofa/sleepers, and for the price we paid for this room, this mattress should have been better. Other than these two issues, it was a very well kept and extremely comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean. Nice sitting/TV area. Pleasant staff. For less than $100, this is the best I've experienced in Boise, by far. If the rate were higher than that (which it may be normally), then I would have a tougher choice as to whether I wanted to pay for the nicer facility. But less than $100, no brainer.

My family enjoyed their stay in Boise. Having breakfast available was very convenient. The kids really liked the pool.

I had previously been staying at the Shilo hotel, but their internet was terrible. So for $20 I upgraded and came here and it was worth every penny. The internet was very fast. The overall room, soaps, service, was a lot cleaner, newer. I wish I had stayed here the entire length of my stay. Close to freeway. The only thing I didn't like was no free breakfast.

Just a quick stopover for my party of 6. Arrived late, front counter person very pleasant and recommended a great eatery for my starving family. Room was clean and large enough to accomodate my party however the sofa bed was terrible, very uncomfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a decent selection, more than just a continental one, not included in the stay however I had coupon for two free breakfasts.

Nice room, good facility. Only disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the room because it sounded like it was and I could have found the same room for the same price with breakfast included somewhere else.

Close proximity to airport, with complimentary shuttle. Applebee's across the parking lot. Clean and quiet.

Surprising , I usually stay at 5 star hotels north of $300 a night on the low end. This eliminates the need , I haven't idea how many stars it had. The property is in great shape and very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and pleasant . Best location to airport , 3 minutes.

Everyone I spoke to with the staff was friendly and happy! I have never had a better quality of staff anywhere I have gone & I travel at least twice a month on business. I would give the staff more than 5 stars and a glowing praise any day of the week.

Good location if you want to stay over night on your way.Breakfast, free parking and free internet is included
