“Good Choice for the Family on a Budget”

Excellent value for the price. Clean, warm, and beds are comfortable. Location provides easy access to theaters, shopping and restaurants. The staff aims to please. Location is somewhat obscured behind other businesses, so local foot traffic in the area is very limited. If you're sensitive to traffic noise, ask for a room facing away from the highway.

“A good, clean hotel for the price. Great breakfast”

we got in very late and the girl at the front desk was really nice. in the morning the breakfast buffet was awesome very good selection . the beds were comfortable in the room is clean.the only downside is it was nextto a freeway and might be a little noisy but nothing too bad I had a good night's sleep . It's a little hard to find It's behind a Wal Mart

“Good simple accomodations”

This is an inexpensive hotel. Not fancy, but functional and a good value for the price. The fornt desk staff was super nice.

“Not 5star but an okay hotel. good enough”

It wasn't a bad place to stay for the money I paid. Breakfast was nice. Hotel Staff were good people. housekeeping even removes the tub drain to clean, I liked that

“Good stop-over hotel”

If you're looking for an inexpensive stay at a decent place, this is a good choice. I wouldn't stay long-term, but as a quick stop through, it was not bad. Not in the greatest shape, and a bit outdated, but definitely was good to get us a good nights sleep as we passed through town.

“Great Price and comfort”

We stayed for 6 nights and we were in the room only in the evening. The fact that it was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave was great as well as the $price point. The mattresses seemed new and comfortable. The only downside was it is close to the freeway noise although the noise is minimal through the night.

“Basic Motel”

I stayed here for a quick weekend trip to the Boise area. The motel was located between the back of a Walmart and a highway. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The free breakfast offered a nice selection. I only have two complaints: there was no hot water available one night until we complained about it and the pillows were awful. For the price, it is a nice clean place to stay a couple nights.

“Great for the price!”

The room was hot even though the air conditioner was on full blast. The service was friendly and courteous and the room was nice and clean, but had a dank odor. The only problem was the room was extremely hot and the room had a musty odor. For the price, it was well worth the money spent.

“Poor Quality”

The Howard Johnson in Boise was very difficult to find, the quality of the rooms were poor. We had to be moved from our first room because the TV did not work, our second room because the air conditioning was broke and in our third room there was not a microwave, refrigerator or coffie pot. The staff did deliver those missing item and we stayed in the third room. The keys were tempormental and had to be replaced. The hot tub was cold. My joke was this was a very low budget room!
