“Exceeded my expectations.”

Very modern and clean motel. Big pool but no hot tub. Staff was excellent. Internet was slow. Nice big flatscreen tv in room with AV inputs. Nice living space and a comfortable bed. Lots of shopping nearby. Great central location.

“Good Value”

Clean, nice floor plan, sufficient amenities, the staff got my reservations right, and it was reasonably priced. Had everything I wanted in a room except I'd have prefered two queen beds instead of the double beds.

“Okay stay”

Arrived at 8 PM and 3 people in line ahead of us but no hotel employee in sight. Difficult to determine if it was a side entrance with desk due to kitchen being on one side and check-in on the other. Employee must have been the only one on duty. She was very nice & helpful but there was a 20 minute wait first. If we didn't have a reservation, we would have left.

Hotel was nice and area was fine. It was unfortunate the first impression was a bit strange.

“Will Stay Here Every Time!”

We had never been to Boise, but this hotel was located next to restaurants, shopping... everything you could need! The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly (even when we asked if we could switch rooms). The parking lot was full at night: but there you could find at least one... :)

“Room type may change”

Got it for a family of 5 and I chose this room because it was for 2 beds plus a sleeper sofa. When I booked, it mentioned that the room type may change. At checkin, we were told we had a room with one king bed and no other rooms were available. Not sure who to be mad at; Expedia, the hotel, or myself. However, we were able to adapt to the room and everything else about it was great, especially at the price. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, easy access, nice area.

“noisy guest”

have stayed here before but this time there were too many teenage soccer players making too much noise late into the night. even over music playing in headphones the noise was disruptive.
