“Most impressive!”

We were impressed with the Hyatt Place in Boise from the minute we walked in the lobby. The decor was very modern and harmonious-like something out of a designer magazine. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very well appointed. We were almost sorry we couldn't stay longer. I would stay in any Hyatt Place hotel again, and in fact have already looked up where they are located for my next trip. If you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, I highly recommend Hyatt.

For the price, this hotel was as good as many where I've paid twice as much. Definetely will stay there again.

“Wouldnt stay anywhere else if I travel to Boise!! Amazing!”

My family and I do no get the opportunity to go out of town very often. Our trip to Boise was going to be crammed into a short weekend, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived late at night to find welcoming / accomodating front desk help. We got to our room, and found how clean, many upgraded features and plenty of room for our family of 5. Anytime we contacted staff for additional towels, etc they were very helpful and kind as well. I would highly recommend!

“"Home Away from Home"”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. The room was more like a suite rather than a standard room. There was a coffee maker, mini fridge, sectional sofa, 42" LCD TV, and overall very nice. We were able to settle right in. Not too much noise considering it is near a busy street.

“Fantastic hotel, especially for the price.”

My goal was to find a clean hotel for an over-night stay that could accommodate 2 adults and 3 children comfortably, with a descent continental breakfast, and I did not want to spend a lot of money. Well, they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional, polite, and quick at getting me checked-in. I was then surprised and delighted with the room: The main sleeping space is partially separated from the living area (with ample seating), all of which is very spacious and clean, with a modern decor. The sofa even opened up to a comfortable queen size bed. The air conditioner was super quiet and worked well. The 42" HD flat screen TV even has a separate input panel (HDMI, component, RCA, etc) next to the desk so you could hook a portable DVD or laptop to it. Very nice. My next surprise was the quality of the continental breakfast. It had a very nice variety including biscuits and gravy (very tasty). Finally, check-out was super easy and quick with their automated check-out machines available. The only complaints I have is how noisy the ice machine outside my door was. I was startled awake at 12:30 am when someone used it. Just request your room not be directly across from it. Also, there is no jacuzzi, but the pool is nice.

“Feels like a brand new hotel”

I'm a tough grader and usually end up getting disapointed in some part of my stay with most hotels. At the Hyatt at Boise Towne Square everything about my stay was great. We got such a good deal I wondered how they make a profit. Here's what I liked most about this hotel: - Low price - Amazing quality for the price (in terms of decor, atmosphere, upkeep, staff, etc). Almost feels like a 4 star hotel. I thought the hotel had just recently been built but I was told it's been there for at least a couple years. - Very spacious room - Large flat TV screen with all sorts of hookups (video, HDMI etc) - 4 bath towels for a 4 person room. Most hotels make you ask for the extra towels. - Very clean - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast included in the price - Convenient access to freeway, shops, downtown.
