Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was excellent—friendly efficient and accommodating. Rooms are very clean, updated and quiet. Location is adjacent to the BSU campus. There is a lot of traffic around that area, but roads and travel was very easy. We had the opportunity to see Tim McGraw (he was live at the BSU ExtraMile venue)—we walked to and from the concert. Really great time and we will be back to stay at the Residence Inn.

We had a very nice stay here. We could walk to most places. The staff was very friendly and made sure iur room was to our liking. Loved having full size appliances in our room too.

The main complaint I had was that the water pressure in the shower was weak. Otherwise, the accommodation was very nice

Two new people were at the checkin desk and I was the only customer and it took about 15 minutes to get checked in as they apparently didn’t understand your computer system. You should have at least one person on staff at all times who knows what they are doing.

Beautiful centrally located hotel
Stayed at this gem over Labor day weekend. We walked to the Spirit of Boise activities (that we did not know about prior to arriving and was fantastic!) The breakfast menu was very good with multiple choices of hot food, waffles, breads, etc. each day. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Booked a studio and was sent the itinerary stating i would have a king size bed and full kitchen, hence the fact the booking states either or; Given i was provided with a queen size bed and no oven. Given, in writing i was told i was being provided with the kind bed and full kitchen, i was NOT... Upon welcome young lady was jettery and unhelpful just gave me my key and said enjoy your stay, with no direction or conversation. I have stayed here numerous times and the quality disintegrates each visit..

The unexpected upgrade was a pleasant start to the trip. When entering the room it was spotless and inviting. The park view was peaceful and beautiful... Always a pleasant stay - this time it was AMAZING

Overall it was a good stay. A couple places in the room needed some cleaning.door in bathroom. Outside door to room you could see daylight around edges.
