Excellent!Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Everything, one of the best I've stayed at.
Cons: Add lotion to the toiletry tray.
Location: Excellent location, close to downtown Boise, there are way too many things to do there to list!!
Everything was prefect! Comfortable, very clean, high end toiletries, close to downtown, was very comfortable for 4 people to stay in. We loved it and will be back!

Nice hotel, friendly staffPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms , great breakfast breakfast with lots of choices, convenient location.
Cons: Wall insulation.
Location: All we needed to visit was Idaho State University.
Positive experience - friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with amenities, very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Negative item - we should have selected a room upstairs, as due to poor insulation in the middle of the night a family moved in to the top floor. We could hear every step, toilet flash, normal conversation, couldn't go back to sleep for hours... Other than it, it's very clean and conveniently located for our trip purpose.

Always a nice stayPosted Oct 22, 2013
Location: BSU, green belt, zoo Boise.
We always try to stay here due to the convenient location to BSU. Nice, friendly staff always makes for a pleasant stay. There are hotels with cheaper rates, but they do not provide the amenities, room quality, or staffing quality this one does. Definitely worth just a little bit extra.

Boise State FamilyPosted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our son is a Freshman at Boise State, so we needed a hotel that could accomadate our family and still allow me to cook for my son. This proved to fit us perfectly!!! We needed one more bed, they moved in rolling bed. Whatever we asked for we received , in a timely manner. We will Returning to this hotel over the next 4 years, as our home away from home. I loved the kitchen and being able to cook and even bake, made my son feel like he was back at home. By the way, we come from 900+ miles away. Thank you.

It's a place to stayPosted Aug 27, 2013
It's close to the Boise State Campus which works well but the room was a little less than to be desired. The room has that old Vegas smell of (This use to be a smoking room and now it's not so were going to try and get the smell out with this foul smelling solution). We had to rearrange the furniture to use the hideabed. The pool seems to be in good shape but he hot tub is in need of some attention.
