Pros: Good facility. A whole suit for the price of a room. Great!!
Location: Location is a downside, which cannot be changed :(
Excellent facility. A bit out of the way, and isolated. But good place to stay if you have a car.

Pros: Desk Staff
Cons: Light in bathroom linked to somewhat noisy fan.
Location: Just moved to Boise, Idaho
Friendliness of staff in going the extra mile to provide help and service made our stay worthy of recommending to all travelers.

Was disappointed that there was temporary parking available for check-in. Ended up having to park in the back parking lot. Layout of the entrance is not well marked and there is no ADA assist on the front door. Rooms were nice and accommodating as well as the lobby/lounge area. Continental breakfast was well supplied with enough variety. Overall was a good experience.

The fact that there was a non-refundable pet deposit of $50.00 was not disclosed until check-in. The hotel says that is Expedia's responsibility. We stayed two days, and the room was not cleaned until 5:00 PM on the afternoon of the 2nd day. Breakfast service was poor, we arrived at 9: 20, they served until 10 and there was not much of a choice of food, gravy but no biscuits; very few eggs, no coffee, etc. Only one person taking care of the kitchen and not very well, could hardly speak English. Will likely not stay there again.
