Walkable from airport, but run-down

The room reeked of cigarette smoke although the room was non smoking. The door to our room looked like it had been busted down previously and the extra security lock wouldn't latch and there's was a big enough Crack in the door that you could see into our room from the hallway. Staff was uncourteous, when I went to return my key I walked up to front desk and I said I need to check out please before I could say anything else, the employee stated, "we can't read your mind we need your room number" I told her I was about to tell her before she made her statement.

Noisy outer door

Original room was double booked. Got second room .it was nice except next to exterior door that seeker and slammed when someone used it.

Pros: Location, friendly staff
Cons: Maintenance on the facility More attention to the breakfast items
We had several issues. When we first arrived the TV wouldn't come on and the internet didn't work. The staff at the front desk came down and got the TV working...something about having 2 remotes for different things. We finally got the internet working. When we got back from the event there was a earwig on my pillow. We went to breakfast at 8 in the morning and almost all of the food was gone. It was not restocked until we were leaving a little before 9. The outside back door was not working and was propped open even though there was a sign asking us to go to the side door.

Nice room for the money. Next to airport and I-84 but very quiet in the room. Great food right next door. Shower has room for two!

Uncomfortable hotel experience!

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: Staff traing in systems and customer service.
Location: Boise, Id
The staff seemed uninterested and ineffective in accommodating guests. The counter people were not well trained on the computer system creating a lengthy check in...not what a traveler needs after flying all day. Within a four day stay, housekeeping only restocked and cleaned the room two days. After informing the counter staff about the first day missed, my assumption was they would be sure to handle it the next day. Disappointingly, that did not happen. The room had what looked like mold along the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Overall an uncomfortable, unpleasant hotel experience.

Poor choice

Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Room up grades are desperately needed. Repair work needs to be better.
Location: Restaurant nearby as well as the airport.
Close to the airport but so are several other hotels. No closets, no extra pillows or blankets. Room was in poor condition, repair work in bathroom very obvious, very poor. Tissue box was empty, only one water drinking cup, no cups for morning coffee. I won't choose this hotel again.
