Loud party atmosphere in parking lot

Posted May 17, 2015
My son and I stayed one night (a Friday) we were excited about the pool as it was clean well maintained and the perfect temperature. We swam and enjoyed the location, however that night as we went to bed a group of college students came out to a little alcove located just across the path North of the Hotel. It was cordoned off and seemed like a weekly event. They sat and smoked and drank and laughed and talked loudly until 3:00 A.M. That and the fact that the continental breakfast was extremely limited kept this Experience from being great.

An average but close to our event.

Posted May 17, 2015
Pros: Rates and central location.
Cons: Breakfast on the low side of good. Hall carpeting needs upgrade.
Location: A short drive to an amazing State capitol. A few minutes from BSU and its events. A few blocks from a lot of sidewalk cafes also movie theater.
The price was equal to the facility quality as we only needed room for sleep. Majority of staff was cooperative. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing spectacular Have been in much worse for more money. I would stay there again if needed to be in Bosie again. Very central and within walking distance of dinning..

Great Downtown location & comfortable rooms

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: location, room quality
Location: Easy walking distance to most of downtown and restaurants, including Basque block. Near Boise state and the zoo.
We were happy to stay here. We walked to dinner every night. The breakfast was modest, but included healthy choices like cereal, yogurt, fruit cup, English muffins, apple and orange juice in addition to assorted small pastries. chocolate chip cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Room was large and comfortable with good amenities, but could use more electrical outlets near the bed.

Affordable, convenient bet for downtown Boise

Posted Apr 14, 2015
No frills but perfect for a short stay; walking distance to The Rose Room, good restaurants downtown and an interesting bar specializing in craft beers. Also a quick, free shuttle service back to the airport. Skip the continental breakfast. Quiet and peaceful, but ask for something away from the street to avoid hearing too many motorcycles or big trucks.

The hotel feels like a blast back to the 80's, but is well kept and there's a hot tub. It's inexpensive and in a good location downtown. I can't complain. An they bake cookies every afternoon.

Great downtown hotel

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms, Microwave, Fridge, and a Safe, loved all the amenities.
Cons: Little more choice on the breakfast.
Location: The location is right downtown, we were here to go to a couple of steelhead hockey games, there was great food just blocks away. Snake River Winery.
Everything about this hotel was great. Just one funny thing happened that might upset some people. When we arrived we asked if there was a good Brew Pup close by, the front desk person said "Yes, if you are into that kind of thing", just a little judgmental, but we laughed it off, and she knew where they were. Overall this is a great hotel and we will be staying there again next time we go to Boise.
