Like the river view and walk.Posted Apr 16, 2014
We did not get the river view as requested, but the staff was very accommodating in moving us to our desired room the next day.

Shilo InnPosted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: It was close to downtown and expedia had a good price
Cons: Update it
Location: It is in the perfect location, I will give it that.
It was ok for staying only one night but we found stains on our bed sheets so that was awkward. The bathroom door didn't fit and by that I mean there was enough clearance on the top of the door that I could put my had through(it was fully closed). It was just old and out of date compared to everything else I have stayed at. It does the job but I wouldn't stay here past a day or two.

Good hotel on a budgetPosted Apr 12, 2014
Staff friendly and accommodating. Facility is aging less than gracefully. Heater/ac was so loud I had to shut of to sleep. Sink was clogged. Tv had poor picture. Price matched accommodations. It is located conveniently to downtown and right on green belt path.

Just a cheepy!!!Posted Apr 8, 2014
Way out dated we stayed here years ago and it was much nicer. However it is due for a over haul. I'm a oil field worker so I am no stranger to being uncomfortable. The hotel is pet friendly, yep it shows. Spend 10 more bucks you wont regret it.

Try someplace elsePosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Old but large pool, excellent to swim in. Hot tub old and dark color to water, not sure what to think, but I didn't get in.
Cons: Remodel and new management.
Location: Joe's Crab Shack, close by and a good place to eat.
Motel needs updated, old furnishings and lack of general maintenance inside and out. Staff inflexible, they don't seem to understand that they are there to accommodate the guest, the guest is not a bother, but the reason that they get paid. Manager (whose office is by the main desk) had a big argument with a maid that could be heard all over the lobby, unprofessional. For the same money you are better off to go with one of the newer Motels/Hotels in Boise, which come in at about the same money.

Old and kind of run downPosted Mar 29, 2014
I stayed for 5 days and was only able to get housekeeping to come in once. They won't come in after 11am and we had to continue to ask for trash bags and toilet paper because of this. We were not given enough towels and was never given fresh towels throughout our stay. Hot tub water was black and dirty and the chlorine was so strong in the pool that it burned your eyes. I wasn't impressed with this place at all. They also checked us into the room almost 1 hour late. When I arrived 2 hours early and was told it would be available for early check in and then it was late.

Old, dirty hotelPosted Mar 24, 2014
When I pulled down the sheets to get in bed, it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. Sheets were dirty and covered in, what appeared to be, dog hair. We called the front desk and were promptly moved to another room. The linoleum along the bathtub was pulling away from the floor. We stayed at this hotel because we were able to get a room for $65/night online....which was still too much.
