“Rooms were great”

The rooms were clean, attractive----reasonably priced-staff friendly--- traveled with my 85 yr old mom, was to have rooms close together, she was put at opposite end of hotel, not happy about that. otherwise great Safety factor here

“Nice place to stay.”

This was a very nice place to stay. I had made a mistake in reserving the correct type room with a pet, so when my husband went back to the desk to tell them about our pet they accomadating us right off with another room. The room was very clean, we did have a small problem with ants around our trash can. It was a very convenient place to stay closed to resturants and the city of Boise.

“Horse show stay”

I was in Nampa for a horse show. This hotel was close to the show, restaurants, etc. Staff was very nice. Good value for the money.

“Ok for the price”

The hotel was in good shape and had a few updates done to it. The pool and spa were not working. It was a huge disappoint for the kids.

“Sleep Inn Nampa, ID”

We requested an Accessable room and we got one, however, for it being an accessable capable room, it had limited space to manuver in, which caused a bit of inconvience at times. Also a lack of electrical outlets on the headboard wall was rather strange, (Only 2),when you have electrical equipment needed for sleeping, etc, it also was rather inconvienient.

“Probably Won't Stay Here Again”

I should have realized that I was choosing the lower end of the hotel chain by staying at a Sleep Inn, but our room was very small, and there was no lock or even handle on the bathroom door (in fact, there was a gaping hole where there should have been one -- not so great for privacy). Not in the greatest location (in an industrial area right next to the freeway). Overall, not a terrible stay, but not somewhere I will stay again. For a little bit more money, the Comfort Inn and Suites that we stayed at in Boise is a much better choice.

“Just "ok"”

Hotel has new booking system and did not have our reservation. Not handing me a phone asked me to call expedia. Good thing I had my cell. Expedia did what they thought they needed and we were booked into our rooms in10 mins. Then at 8pm I get a call that I need to call expedia again because they cant confirm our rooms? I called again and then never heard another word. We were there for 3 nights and never had maid service it was like we were'nt really there. Because of the very poor customer service I would never stay there again.
