The staff were very welcoming and attentive to us when we arrived and were happy to answer any questions that we had. Nice location and close to the airport.

Drinking glasses in the room were sealed, but were not clean. Housekeeping did not empty our garbage cans. Front desk staff was rude when we checked out early. We weren't asking for a refund or complaining about the condition of the hotel, we were just trying to be courteous and let them know that we were checking out because we needed to go home a day earlier than originally scheduled.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They shuttled us to the bowl game. We loved the breakfast.

We were dependent on using the sofa bed and it was not comfortable at all. they gave us additional comforters to put under the sheet - still could feel the springs.
