“Great Service, Great Location - Great Experience!!!”

Very Pleased!! We had some special requests and they had them perfectly as requested. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a large group staying in 2 connecting rooms and nobody felt cramped at all. If I could say they could improve on anything, it would be the breakfast buffet, but even that was fairly satisfactory. The only other thing we noticed was that there was a lot of light coming in around the door - easy to fix with new molding. But even with that, the rooms were very quiet. Great Location - Great Stay!!! THANK YOU.

“Clean and a full breakfast bar”

The room was nicely sectioned off for business meetings. The refrigerator was quite. The breakfast area was clean and kept full. Only negative was the lack of lighting in the room. We had to pull another light from the bed over to the other side of the room. FYI I have been told the other Springhill was better with a flat screen TV's and better breakfast.

Very clean, well-proportioned rooms and excellent service, from the thorough housekeeping to the helpful front desk that provided me with a razor since I neglected to pack one. The only con was the relative thinness of the walls, allowing us to hear people moving up and down the stairs. Ask for a central room on a high floor and you won't have any problems.

“Quiet, quality in Boise”

We've stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy the quiet comfort. Rooms are always clean. Dining near by is limited but easy drive to many nice places.

“Best hotel mattress I've ever slept on”

The hotel was very nice. The mattress was the best hotel mattress I've ever slept on. The breakfast was good. We didn't have enough time to use the pool area, but will definately use it on our next visit. Everything was very clean and everyone was very courteous and helpful.
