“Get what you paid for.”

The staff, from the people checking you in at the front desk to the maids were EXCELLENT. But the overall feel is old and rundown.

The hotel was as expected except for the pillows. The pillows were terrible.

“I have stayed in better Super 8s.”

Expedia rated this place a 3.5. I can't figure out how it received that high of a rating.

i have smoke alergy and I got a room which reeks of smoke... not good at all.

Hotel was not as well lit inside or out, or as clean as what I expected. I do not plan to stay in Super 8 motels again. Even though the rate was an Expedia special, it was still not worth what we paid.

For the price I was not impressed. Not much protein available at the breakfast.

“Acceptable Low Rent Motel”

This is a standard low scale motel near the airport and within mintutes of downtown Boise. Non-smoking room smelled smokey and the room could have been cleaner (found a slice of pepperoni and a raisin in my room), but comfortable enough for an overnight stay.

The staff was great. They made me feel welcome .Will be returning.

“Dissapointed in Super 8”

The breakfast staff was great & friendly; however, some of the desk staff were not up to professional standards - need some customer service lessons! There were no ironing boards or irons in the rooms, & I had to personally get one myself downstairs...it should have been delivered to our room. This could be offered to extended stay visitors as a courtesy of Super 8. The carpet was really dirty in our room; and the floor in the elevator had sticky stuff all over it . We were there for a week and it was still sticky when we left. Our room had NO room service for 2 days - unacceptable! Overall, we were disappointed in our stay and it didn't live up to the Super 8 reputation we count on.
