Absolutely the worst place I have stayed

The bathroom was disgusting. I wish I could upload pictures of how bad it was. There was a huge gap under the door to the room so you could hear everyone around you. There was a party across the hall with at least twelve teenage boys. The door kept slamming, they were yelling, the music was loud, and the staff did nothing about it after several of us around them complained at 1 o'clock a.m. the refrigerator in the room smelled like mildew. The microwave didn't work. The beds were so hard that I considered sleeping on the floor, however the hair and toenail clippings on it led me to believe that had not been cleaned in years. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

Terrible

It was 110° outside the air conditioner was not working we went and talked to the front desk and all they said was well make a note so decided we would go swimming in their indoor pool get down there and it is closed. The bed was hard 5hey only gave us 2 towels. The staff was not polite our key wouldn't work went up and they acted like it was our fault. They did not tell us about breakfast check out time nothing gave us our key and sent us on our way. We paid $86.00 for a room that should of cost $40 I have stayed at a motel 6 for $42 & was nicer than that. I will never stay at a super 8 again.

We are cleaning all of the coils in our air conditioning units as well as full maintenance to make sure they all function well. The outside of the building looks REALLY nice..

Pros: front desk
Cons: update the rooms, hallways and breakfast area as well.
Location: Great location , close to the interstate
Upon driving up to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised.. looks really nice, great paint, the lobby has been updated with marble counters and nice paint. However the inside was the standard mediocre hotel/motel. It worked but it would have been really nice had the entire facility been updated.

Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: Building repairs. Efficient evening desk staff.
Location: Close to airport and restaurants.
We had reservations booked on Expedia. Around 5:30 PM we were driving to the motel when they called and said they were cancelling our reservation. They said my credit card was rejected. I asked what number they had and she responded with some card number I had 15 years ago. It was not the number I gave Expedia. She didn't know where Super 8 had gotten it. Once we arrived we straightened that out. The outside doors in the back wouldn't take our room cards so we had to walk around the building with luggage to get in. The air conditioner was defective. The evening staff told us they'd have a cab for us at 5:15 AM to go to the airport but forgot to call the cab. The morning lady managed to get us to the airport but it was stressful to risk missing our flight. We won't be staying there again.

Decent place close to interstate

Pros: Good price, easy to get to, comfortable bed.
Cons: Breakfast at 9am...lots of people and running out of food. Didn't get checked/filled until someone let the staff know. Orange juice machine broke.
Location: Airport nearby. Applebee's restaurant across the street.
Check-in was quick and courteous. Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet.

Convenient location

Shower was not quite clean - still had soap residue from previous stay. The breakfast was really poor. Other than the location being convenient the only other positive was that it was comfortable and quiet.

Bed was firmer than I like which is why I only rated it a 4. The hotel staff was pleasant. The night girl seemed quite preoccupied with her cell phone but everyone else was nice. The continental breakfast was very good if you like carbs. Pretty standard for a continental. They did offer lots of variety which was nice. The bedspread was nice and did not have the typical 70's floral design. It was nice and modern.

Close to freeway ,dt & lots of food

Nice stay...its not too loud even though its by the freeway and airport. The beds are pretty comfortable.
