Needs a refresh. Self parking is absurdly small tight spaces, which may be full. Room was stuffy. Lobby bar has nice drinks and food, but right next to the cold breeze from the entry door.
Everyone was very nice! I was greated at the door and they were very helpful. I valet parked because to me thats easier when in a busy town. They were nice helping me load and unload my bags. And the accommodations were very clean & organized. I will be back!
Loved staying here to enjoy a hockey match. Everything in one location. The only thing I didn't like is checkout is at 11. But we had two housekeepers knocking at the door once at 9 then again at 10.

The parking garage caused problems. We were instructed that the elevator was not working so we were to use the valet. However, the garage was full and the valet was not available when we arrived. Then we saw that the elevator was not broken and we were able to park ourselves. But when we tried to leave the garage our room key would not let us out and we were required to pay an additional $20 (already paid at the service desk as the valet fee). Extremely frustrating.

Ashlee, we are terribly sorry to hear about your garage experience. I have not only taken off the valet charges during your stay, but also refunded you the 20 that was paid at the gate due to your key card not having the garage access. You should see that reflected back on your Visa card within the next 7 - 10 business days.
The staff was amazing! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everyone was always eager to assist with whatever we needed and everyone was so polite.
