“nice hotel little pricey”

“UNCOMFORTABLE”

We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds, which we had reserved for over a month. When we arrived they said our room was a suite. The room had 1 king size bed, and 1 full size pullout couch/bed. This was very uncomfortable for a family of four, because the kids couldn't share the full size at the ages of 17 & 11.

“Nice room but lacked service”

Front desk staff could have been more personable. Free shuttle/van to three mile radius is deceiving; it was never available when we asked, even in advance...seemed like only "VIPs" could get that service. Nice, updated hotel "non-smoking" hotel room, but entire hallway reaked of smoke.
