Overall everything was very good. What call my attention is that there’s only 2 irons and iron boards for the entire hotel. You’ll have to ask for it in advance and they give you 30 minutes to use it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the UNAHOTEL in Bologna, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my stay.

Great Airport Hotel!
Wonderful service at the front desk and the bar and bartender and bar manager. Perfect airport hotel with free parking and breakfast. Because we left so early, and couldn’t participate in the breakfast buffet, the front desk gentleman attendant made sure to secure a breakfast box for us that was ready at 3:00 am for our airport departure. No frills hotel with good food and good service. 9 minutes from the Bologna airport at 3:00 am.

Great value spot on the outskirts of Bologna - not a far walk from all the action but more comfortable. No AC in the room during Spring, but other than that, a very pleasurable experience.

Excellent!! Great breakfast, nice staff. There are 2 bus lines to get you in the city centre but if you don t mind walking it takes around 30-35 minutes.

Wonderful 5-night Stay
Extremely clean and neat hotel with all the amenities you need for a business or personal or business/personal trip. I stayed for five nights, found the front desk and restaurant staff helpful and pleasant. The breakfast included is a bonus and quite delicious. Walking distance to the convention center was a huge perk. Steps away from a bus stop and about a 30-40 minute walk to town center which I offset with the electric bikes available and city bus.

Amazing
The Hotel is very clean and spacious. It is located around 30 minutes walk from the center of Bologna and around 20 minutes walk from the bus station and train station. It also has Lidl market really close to the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and new. The breakfast was amazing! A lot of different meals prepared as main breakfast, fruit selection, cereal and three types of croisants which were delicious. We had an amazing three nights at this hotel and I strongly recommend

First impression was greeted by a rude woman who made us feel like she was so inconvenienced. Very unhelpful. AC did not work. Even after calling the front desk was told that they would send someone up in five minutes and they never sent anyone up. Mold all through the shower. Beds were hard as rocks. Such a disappointing stay. Do not recommend staying. It is not convenient to anything. The restaurants around the hotel were not good.

Property was good, relatively close to town center. Room was perfect. The best thing that puts this hotel on top of many I stayed in this trip, and even past trips, is its Italian breakfast. This is really the best breakfast with all freshly prepared flavorful foods, ten times better than any breakfast of the same quality and price range in the US. Excellent Cappucino was also complimentary.

Excellent value for money, due to specific market conditions (the hotel was going to close two days later). Remarkable the fact that the hotel was fully functional in every aspect juts two days before closure.

A bit below standard given the price point. But I guess you’re paying for the vicinity yo central station which is across the street. The heat in my room didn’t work, I woke up in shivers in the middle of the night. The room looks great if we were in the summer of ‘91. A pleasant stay in Bologna
I like the breakfast and the toilet design. There are plenty of space to put my clothings and toiletries in the toilet which I can’t say for many other hotels I stayed in.

UNA was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was a little far from the centre and the station, but fairly easy by bus. The only issue was that our bathroom smelled like cigarettes, we did call down and they seemed to fix it, but when we returned it was back. Otherwise, nice room and stay.

Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Room was clean and good. Nice shower. Good air con. Quiet! 10 minute walk from the end of the city. 25 min walk to the centre but doesn’t feel like it!

It was very clean and very spacious for an Italian hotel. The rooms were bright and modern, and the location is perfect if attending anything at the Pelazzo dei Congressi. Just a 4 minute walk away.

Modern 4* just outside of the city.
Outside of the city but easily accessible by local bus 10 minutes. You can walk in around 30 minutes. The hotel is very modern large rooms lovely bathroom WiFi was good throughout.

Property looks new and clean, however the toilet did not seem to work well; the flush kept going. Also we couldn’t figure out which number on the phone was front desk or reception as there was no indicator on the phone for it.
