Good quality centrally locatedPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: good breakfast-good staff-free wifi
Location: very central-great restaurants
Arrived for a short stay ahead of a skiing holiday in the Dolomites-due to terrible weather in UK the rest of my party were delayed by 14 hours and needed to stay too. The hotel could not have been more helpful giving the the same room rates I enjoyed when pre-booked online with Expedia plus discounted parking for a an extra large car. My room which was a single was not huge but very comfortable and no noise problems. Excellent breakfast served. For a longer stay in Bologna-the hotel is well located for the historic centre and excellent restaurants-overall-highly recommended.

Hotel close to everythingPosted Dec 15, 2013
Pros: The size of the rooms the bathroom was particularly nice with two sinks.
Cons: The lighting in the bedroom some more lights and brighter to read by.
Location: It was close to everything and the area around Via Drapperie had fantastic local shops for all the food that you could want.
We caught a train from Rome and found this hotel easy to find and close to the station. We were in a deluxe room and the size and condition were great. Very clean. Staff were available if required and were polite. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. It was a little walk to the centre of bologna but because we neede the station every day we were here it worked well. Loved the food in bologna once we found the old part we went there every day it was fantastic. The city is easy to get around and a great place to visit. Only down to the hotel was the lighting, they use those power savers and it was impossible to read in the room you actually had to go into the bathroom to read. This is a real bug bear of mine. There should be a least one light that you can read with even if the rest of the room feels like a bat cave. E.g. It was hard to see things in your suitcase eit was so dull. The other issu was the room was very hot and you were unable to adjust to a cooler temperature however this appeared to be the same everywhere we stayed in Europe.

Excellent hotelPosted Nov 22, 2013
Pros: Clean, professional and welcoming.
Location: Near the Medieval and Renaissance Museum. About 10 minute walk to the main piazza.
The hotel is well placed on the main street. Our room was large with a decent sized bathroom. All clean and well laid out ( including for putting luggage away which makes a change). Good breakfast avaiable 7 -11.

Very Nice Hotel in a great locationPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: the room size was great and so was the breakfast
Cons: Front desk attitute. They weren't rude by seemed indifferent.
Location: Great location. Bologna isn't a typical tourist destination. The restaurants are maevelous and inexpensive compared to Rome or Florence.
This Hotel is very nice, located on the main street of Bologna, a short walk to Piazza Maggoire. It had a great breakfast. The free internet was iffy-I kept on being told, I had exhausted ny account.. The only downside was that the front desk staff was very helpful, when asked questions. The room was great. I would recommend it.

Comfortable hotel close to the Piazza MaggiorePosted Oct 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were looking for a hotel near the major attractions in Bologna for one night before moving to our next location. This was an easy cab ride from the airport (about 20 euros). The hotel was comfortable. The desk staff was helpful. We were able to get out onto the main street and walk just about anywhere for food and sights.
