“Good airport hotel”

Good airport hotel. After two weeks in italy with excellent food at every meal, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dinner served. We also had to leave Bologna at 7:05 am and the hotel shuttle got us to the airport quickly and without problem.

“Communication issues”

The internet did not work in my room or around the lobby bar, nd when colleagues tried calling my room ... one such colleague may no fewer than 8 attempts and the front desk phone was never answered.

“Full of ants!”

Worst condition Sheraton I have stayed at. Room service ends at 2400, ants throughout our room and confusion over expedia reservation. Wouldn't recommend

“Less than average hotel”

This is one of the oldest Sheratons I have stayed in in awhile. The interior is circa 1978. The restaurant is like a bad Marriott Courtyard in Ohio. The staff is fairly rude to everyone thatnactually has a question or request. I though it would be convenient to stay near the Bologna airport for my flint the next morning. This place is behind a maintenance shed at the airport. Forget about Internet access. They charged me about $20 and it never worked. Would not recommend this place unless you are desperate to stay near the airport.
