Photos are misleading. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! I would give it 2. It is an outdated building.

Hotel was walking distance to downtown Bologna. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus.

Definitely not what the pictures show. Inside is run down, the room was not in good shape very small and the A/C took almost 4 hours to get actually cool. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Good hotel
It was a small but nice room, there was only one plug socket (for the lamp) in our room so could only charge one thing at a time. It was clean and close to the city center, bus stops and airport. Staff were friendly and informative. Would recommend.

The staff was excellent and took care of getting our taxi at four in the morning. They brought coffee at that hour, too! the room did not have air conditioning and the weather was quite warm. We managed for one night but it would not have been ok if it had been for a longer stay.

The staff and cleanliness at the hotel were excellent!! Couldn’t fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff too. But in terms of amenities in the room, breakfast and hotel facilities itself, it was not a 4 star standard. It was a pleasant stay but just lacked that 4 star feel as the breakfast was the same everyday and lacked choice, there was no bar in the hotel. The room was so unbearable hot during the stay as the air conditioning had been turned off and they had no control over this. The location was also quite a walk from the main square. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, but was disappointed with the fact that it was more like a 3 star hotel.

Lovely hotel

Great location, nice staff But one think to take care, the safe in the room, as another hotels (just some) even you set your own code in the safe, you (and everyboby) can open it with the program code “000000” something to simple and really dangerous for your belongins, please do not use the safe in this hotel. I explain this problem in the front desk but the ladies there have not idea about this, but give an upgrade in the roomfor the inconvinience.

Had a nonsmoking room with a balcony but the balcony smelled like an ash tray. The smell of cigarette smoke was present in the room. Left after two days with all our luggage and clothing smelling like smoke. Disappointed because we were wanting an escape from all the smoke on the street.
