A perfect apartment for your Bonaire vacation

Posted May 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
We absolutely loved our stay in Bonaire at the Den Laman apartments/condos. Everyone was so kind and the place was very clean. It is located on the Bari Reef -- which has AMAZING snorkeling and diving. The dive shop onsite was top notch with smart and friendly staff. Great dining options within walking distance -- although a car is needed (I never saw a taxi on the island). We stayed in a one bedroom with a huge living area and beautiful kitchen. Would be perfect for dinners with friends. Can't say enough about this place. We will definitely return.

Den Laman Condos So So

Posted Jun 19, 2012 on Hotels.com
These condo rooms are overpriced compared to other hotels. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Diving is geared to scuba divers with experience but it is a good place to snorkel. Not much of a swim beach. The restaurant has decent food but expect to breathe cancer-causing secondhand smoke with your meal as smoking is allowed and ashtrays are everywhere.

Great place to stay.

Pros: How close it was to a reef.
Cons: No shower curtain in the shower so water was always on the floor. But I think that is just how they are built.
Location: Good. It just north of the main town.
Over all our experience was good. The restaurant connected to the hotel was expensive in conjunction to the quality of food and service. I would suggest going else where.
