Good Hotel Good PricePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Staff excellent and helpful. Breakfast superb. This hotel is constantly updated and cared for. Outdoor area very useful to lounge about with drinks.
Cons: Bath towels could be bigger but that's a quibble.
Location: Good location for travel
Excellent breakfast at only 10 euro. Great outdoor garden area, lit at night. Really helpful staff and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Also free car park. Good base to see whatever...

Easy access, great location, very nice folks, goodPosted Apr 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed at this hotel for the Prais - Roubaix challange. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and had storage ready for our bikes before and after the event. The food was very good for the money and was tailored for a sporting event. They were very accommodating after our 141km bike ride and provided a lot of liquids outside of normal hours as soon as we got back. Rooms were small, but clean, quiet and nicely furnished. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel next year

Clean and ComfortablePosted Apr 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overnight stay for sporting event. Helpful reception, accommodated cycles within hotel. Cannot comment on quality of restaurant or heating arrangements as neither used. Beds comfortable, shower hot and powerful, kettle for drinks.

Amazing valuePosted Jan 4, 2014
Can't beat the price. Room very clean, beds comfy. Not huge but works well for short stays. Only bummer is lack elevator. Sure staff would have helped if needed. North of France so staff much friendlier and helpful than their Parisian/southern cousins.

Good Hotel near Industrial EstatePosted Nov 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Visited this hotel on a business trip. The hotel is good with a decent breakfast and good sized rooms, which are clean and well kept. The hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which was great for the company that I visited. There is plenty of parking as well.

Ok but no more.Posted Jul 4, 2013
Pros: The garden
Cons: No lift
Location: Definitely not for the pedestrian no local facilities
It is surrounded by main roads and the noise is obvious in the pleasant garden. The rooms are well soundproofed as long as the windows are kept shut. No mini bar only one stick of coffee and two tea bags and no milk. Same in all three of the rooms we booked. Breakfast basic and continental.

Very good value and excellent servicePosted Nov 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were trying to stay close to Lille and get value for money. The hotels inside Lille centre were all much more expensive (roughly double). We had to drive in to the city centre but the journey is about 10-15 minutes by car so it wasn't a problem. This is a convenience hotel so don't expect luxuries but the staff are really friendly and it is very clean.

A little oasis in TourcoingPosted Jul 17, 2012
Great little business hotel tucked in parkland at the end of a modern industrial estate and close to motorway. Sounds uninviting but this little gem is an oasis. Nice garden terrace with mature trees, duck pond, and even goats and chickens! No noise and generally good service. It's a 2-star but well worth a try and the breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. I would go back again.
