“Nice stay and a good value”
Family of 4 had a nice time in the hotel. The staff is very professional, nice and accomodating. The hotel is close to the skiing area - so it's great. We recommend the hotel and would come again.
“Very cute and homie hotel”
Went up to get a relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and was not disappointed. The lobby was a bit cold when we first got there but we were still in our light Florida clothes. I would highly recommend to pay the little extra to get a mountain view. The room was cozy and shower was super hot if needed. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great every morning. As long as you don't mind being away from places to eat other then the restaurant at the inn this is the hotel for you because Boone is a good 40 minute drive down.
“Great View”
We had a great view from our room, very beautiful in the fall.
“Great Spot”
Noone was at the desk when we arrived, and didn't answer the phone number that was left to call, however, they arrived shortly after. The hotel restaurant is pretty expensive but the food is very good. The town is lovely, has a lot of activities for families.
“A good value with an excellent location!”
This is an older hotel, very quaint and has very nice views of the mountain we went to see. This is not a new hotel. But for the money, I thought it was a good deal.
“Fall Leaves”
We were traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway during the fall leave season. This was the last room we could book near Grandfather Mountain, about 20 miles away. Enjoyed the view, the drive up Beech Mountain, seeing the ski area without snow and visiting Fred's. We drove over to Valle Crucis about 30 minutes away and discovered the original Mast General Store, built in the 1880s and still in operation today.
“Highly recommend!”
Great Service!.Congrats to Mr Steve...is working very hard and very good!!!
“Great get away weekend!!”
