Proximity to college was great. Easy in and out. Nice place to stay. Hotel staff was great, loved the whole foyer area.

Adequate but mediocre

This hotel, compared to other Comfort Suites I've stayed in, was not as nice. Our door had been kicked-in. The chain had been replaced but the damage was still obvious. The worst problem with our room was that the curtains were not designed to pull together and there was a street light right outside of our window. Although it was adequate to serve our needs, the word that comes to mind to describe this hotel is mediocre.

Nice Location for Ski/Snowboard Weekend

Pros: We enjoyed the extra space that the room offered. The kids liked the free breakfast. We also liked hanging out in front of the big fireplace.
Cons: I noticed that the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, and there was some mildew under it and along the ceiling. Time for TLC.
Location: It's close to restaurants, the mall, and ski rental businesses.
We selected this hotel because it had suites with a living room area and microwave/fridge. The hotel itself is pretty well kept, but I think the rooms, in particular the bathroom, are ready for an update. The appliances are probably ready for an update as well. The microwave burned our popcorn, and the fridge was very loud. The front desk did offer to store our drinks in theirs and suggested that we unplug it if the noise was too bothersome. The front desk employees were always pleasant.

NIce room but horrible service - didn't clean room

The room was nice, fairly comfortable bed, and decent pillows. But... They did not clean the room 2 out of 4 nights that we stayed there. We had to ask for clean towels both times, and one time they made us go down to the front desk to pick them up. They gave us a tiny bar of soap on arrival but never gave us anymore. When we ran out on the 3rd day, we had to go down and pick it up at the front desk. Bad service! The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived and wasn't during the time we stayed. It was very hot in the room, even though it was in the 30s outside, so we had to keep the window all the way open all night. (We don't like air conditioning and couldn't see using it when it was in the 30s outside!) All in all, not a good experience at all.
