Nice pace to stay with the family

“Close to everything”

This was my second stay at the Boone Comfort Suites. The hotel is extremely clean and very comfortable. Although we arrived well before check in time, the staff allowed us to use the facilities to change for a reunion lunch. They offer a continental breakfast bar which also includes bacon, eggs, and freshly made waffles. The pool is not large, but it is nice and is also heated. The game room is a bit noisy but was a nice treat for older kids and teens who were staying at the hotel.

“close to slopes at a great price”

We were very happy with the hotel. It was close to everything in Boone, NC, and not too far from the ski slopes. Overall, the hotel was very satisfactory. The ONLY complaint that we had was with the television. It was out of date and not at all game system friendly. The VCR was encased and the connectors were hard to reach. We even had to run to Wal-mart to purchase a $17.00 adapter to play our Xbox 360. We would definitely go back again.

“Great value”

Very good location for the money as the hotel was close to everything. Free breakfast (hot!) and wireless Internet. Very nice lobby and pool area. We have small kids and thought the hotel was great for families.

“Nice Stay”

This is a typical Comfort Suites Hotel. Good location, nice decor, adequate breakfast, comfortable rooms. The fold out couch helps with sleeping arrangments for a family with two teenagers. The hotel needs some TLC - damaged stairs, worn hallways. The staff make up for it. Everyone we came in contact with were the nicest, friendliest staff I have come across in a hotel.

“Great hotel! Good price, clean room”

My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the hallway was a nice touch! Breakfast was very good compared to some other continental breakfast I've had. I was there during a holiday weekend, so it was a little noisy upstairs at night, but other than that I was happy with the hotel.

Ok hotel, not a bad place, but not much going on.

“good value”

This was a fine place to stay while in Boone. The lobby was very appealing and the room well-equipped, although the pull-out bed was not very comfortable and did not appear to be in the best condition. We had to put on the bedding, but everything we needed was in the room; readily available but it makes you wonder how recently it was all cleaned (it all appeared to be fine). Good breakfast, convenient location, nice pool.

“A little tired”

The rooms need updating. TV is the old type--not flat screen--and hard to maneuver if you are trying to watch it from the couch in the sitting area. Lamps are too far from the bed and hard to read by. The room is overall disappointing and just tired and old-fashioned looking. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and the service at breakfast was fine.
