“College visit hotel to return to”

The room was very comfortable. We had an extra person and requested a roll-away bed, which was promptly delivered. The breakfast was continental style but had real food - like bacon, egg, breads, yogurt, cereals, biscuits and gravy. When I check out and got the statement I was charged less than I was originally told. Thanks for a good nights sleep Holiday Inn Express.

We (me and myfamily) really enjoy our stay at Holiday Inn Express Boone. First the front desk staff was very nice and arrange to us to check inn early what was awsome after 12 hours driving! And the rooms were very clean and the stay very pleasant. The bathroom was very clean, but I would say to them to have a special attention, just to be perfect.

“great little hotel for the price”

This is my second experience at this hotel since summer. It is a nice, new hotel. Nice lobby area and well appointed basic rooms. Very clean overall and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change...and the hotel may not realize it..... I would not allow smoking right at the front door area ever even when it is raining. The hotel is non-smoking and because it is new it has never had smoke so it all smells nice. Our room had a balcony over the front door on the fourth floor. If you want to use your balcony door at all the smoke comes into your room. It also comes into the lobby area making it smell like a smoking hotel. Otherwise this is a perfect hotel.

“My experience at Holiday-Inn Express Boone, NC”

When I first arrived there was a problem regarding my reservations (2 adjoining rooms on the first floor). I was offered accomodations on the 3rd floor with rooms across from each other. I express my dissatisfaction; but reluctantly accepted the offer. I was told that it would take one-half hour in order to get the rooms ready. During the time me and my party were waiting the desk clerk informed me that I could get 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor at no additional cost. Everything worked out just fine. We enjoyed our stay and will use Holiday Inn Express again. Thanks to the staff at Holiday-Inn Express in Boone.

“Very good experience”

Room nice and big, confy bed, good variety for breakfast. The only con was the room heater, did not have a thermostat, so it was blowing warm air all the time.

The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and only 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast had many options. My wife and I would definitely stay here again when we stop in Boone.

“Loved this place !”

We have been going to Boone yearly for about 20 years to enjoy the sking at the nearby resorts. This Hotel was by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. Granite countertops in the bath and a separate vanity outside of bathroom came in very handy with a teenage daughter !

“No complaints!”

This is a perfect location, nicely maintained hotel. Great continential breakfast, everything you need for a night away. Restaurants close by. Easy to get in and out. And, if you are moving your child into an apartment - there is a Lowe's right next door and Super Walmart across the street!
