[Stayed Wed. and Thur. (charged more)] The whirlpool was a nice addition to the room. Also, I had plenty of space. I liked all the exercise options nearby. Thurs. I asked at the desk. However, the staff told me about the charge for the second evening.

We stopped here on our way home. It was in the middle of the night. With the friendly staff we were able to get checked in quickly and settled in our room for some sleep. Upon waking up we were greeted with a complimentary breakfast. The room and the hotel as a whole was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Our room even had a little couch and tv room area.

Hotel was nice. Our toilet was broken and the shower floor squeaked really bad. Maintenance was not available so they had to make shift a handle so we could use the toilet. Was not a huge fan of all the dogs and the noise. Luckily we did pack a sound machine for our kids that muffled a lot of the barking. Hated the hot tub was under construction. We had booked based on the pool and the hot tub. Would have been nice if it had been posted online.

Stayed two nights for a ski trip and it was great. Breakfast included and a hot tub to soak in after skiing. Driving distance is easy to both Sugar Mountain and Beech mountain. Multiple places to eat in town.

Pets are free! Also had a good breakfast. The motel had updated rooms with decorative to match the surrounding area. For the price it had a lot more to offer than most of the more expensive hotels in the area. The beds are comfortable and very clean.

Dryer was broken. Walls were thin- wish I had been on top floor. Sheets were not very soft. I was happy housekeeping was offered every day. I didn’t use them every time but so many places skimp on that these days. Overall I’d recommend.

The hotel had a wounderful breakfast just no place to eat it. Beakfast area was to small and full of inconsiderate people who would just sit there after they were done i stead of leaving and giving up their seats to those waiting.

First entered the room the jacuzzi tub hadnt been cleaned. Faulty shower, curtains wouldnt close together to block out light from the parking lot. Staff entered the room while we where away and went through medication and belongings without permission to enter!
