This hotel does not match the pictures. The rooms are dark and dirty not at all well lite. The gym also does not look like this, there is no cable machine.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and I liked the hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. What I didn’t like was the inside of our fridge had not been cleaned, no comforter/quilt on the bed just a thin blanket and our room did not have a closet.

This would be a two-star review were it not for the welcoming and kind staff. I booked a first-floor, non smoking room which smelled horrible and included cigarettes on the windowsill. The room did not seem to be cleaned properly or perhaps done in a rush. During our stay, the pool was closed for maintenance due to a chemical imbalance which I assume is why the first floor smelled so strongly of chlorine and chemicals. With very few other options we requested a new room and stayed the night but were happy to leave the next day. The staff seems wonderful I don't know why the hotel is so crappy?

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. My review is lower for two reasons the doors to the rooms slam closed. We were kept awake and then woken up when we did fall asleep by this (a little felt around the game would go a long way). The second was the breakfast. Raw sausage, juice came out as water, among other issues. Workers were refilling food items while things like silverware was never checked and you had to go to the front desk to have it brought out.

Staff deserve a Better Property
First would like to start out the Young Lady at Counter needs a raise no matter what it is....she was hands down the bright spot of my family`s 5 separate room visit.All the staff were spectacular in fairness.No ice anywhere at all,no drink coolers exept the maine lobby because someone didn`t want to plug them in. Everything covered in the ceramic dust from the construction that was going on.The kids were playing tic-tac-toe on the doors so there`s that I guess.Building was dirty and needs face lift. Bottom line? Incredible Staff,Great location,Building not so much...Step it up Best Western.....

Confusion with the 2 rooms I booked, hotel said I only had 1. Eventually they found the second room. Went to enter room, it was occupied! Went back to front desk explained, they gave us another room… keys didn’t work..went back again. Received another set of keys that did work. Room on the second floor smelled horrible.. hotel was clean for the most part employees friendly. Not the best experience

The hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety. The only thing I didn't like was that we put the sign on the door for the maid to go in for new towels and no one came. We went to the desk for our own towels.

It was not very clean and needs updating but the biggest negative was, though they had Wi-Fi and gave a password for it, it would stay connected for 1-2 minutes before kicking you off.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, continental breakfast had a great variety. My only complaint was that the mattress was too firm for me ( i realize that this is a personal preference). Otherwise it would have been 5 stars
