This is our second stay at this Comfort Inn to visit friends in Brunswick. We decided to stay at the same place again this time because it's comfortable, clean, quiet, with easy parking, and we feel safe. We recommend it and plan to stay there again the next time we visit our friends.

The staff are all incredibly friendly. Hotel was clean and safe. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Would recommend and would stay here again.

I like the friendly staff. Also, they always have a welcoming soup in the Winter, and a cold dish or drinks in warmer weather. This my go-to hotel in the Brunswick area.

On our arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff person at the front desk and offered hot soup that was in a crockpot in the reception area. It was delicious and made the place feel like you were coming home. She also gave us a list of nearby restaurants and pointed out her favorites. We went to one that evening and the food was delicious. The hotel décor is new and everything is terrific. The breakfast area was very well stocked and I was pleasantly surprised that the offerings included eggs and sausage in addition to the usual baked goods, fruit, yogurt, etc. Also, for those who want it, guests can make their own fresh waffles. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and plan to stay there again the next time we visit friends in the area. This Comfort Inn lives up to its name.

This property was super cute! I loved that it was not a super huge hotel, and having a full, hot breakfast with a lot of options was a nice surprise! The only couple of issues were that the door to the room did not latch easily. There is an issue with the latch not fitting into the frame well. I did bring it to their attention. And the traffic noise with the busy street right there was something I am not used to.

The sheets had a blood stain on them. Asked for new bedding, was met with an exasperated agreement to do so, like it was a burden to do so. But they complied. Bed was not as comfortable as it looked online. The continental breakfast and worker there were very good.

The room was not cleaned; the towels were not changed even though they were on the floor. The trash was not emptied, so I brought the trash to the reception. The receptionist, instead of apologizing, thanked me for bringing the trash. The bed was never made. We stayed 3 nights, 4 days.

The front desk attendant was very pleasant and friendly. We had a late check-in and she was very helpful with getting us a close room so as not to disturb other guests and very knowledgeable about local offerings.

Stayed two nights in this hotel and all I can say is I have no idea what these people are talking about that had negative reviews. From the second we arrived and walked through the front doors into the charming lobby that was so delightful and decorated with personal touches of fall and Halloween with a pumpkin decorating contest with the staff, and until we left, it was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were decent size and very clean. The breakfast was amazing and extremely well keep and cleaned up every few minutes and well stocked. I cannot say enough and I never write reviews but this hotel deserves it. When you think of comfort inn this is probably the last thing you would expect to see. It’s a quaint little New England inn. And the pricing was awesome as well.

The property was well kept. A bit aged, but I don't fault anyone for that. We checked in VERY LATE and the staff was aware of the hour and expedited check in and had us ready with keys to get in bed quickly. The area was clean and tidy. One of the more cozy Comfort Inn's I've stayed in. Would definitely book again.
