“Fantastic Value!”
Our room was #101, a "king executive", which meant that it had a king-size bed and a recliner, rather than two full-size beds. Everything else was identical. The bed was very comfortable for a budget-oriented motel. We stayed for two nights and each morning woke up refreshed. To address other comments of the walls being thin, we heard zero voices even though the hotel was completely booked. The only noises we ever heard that weren't coming from our room was the water running in the shower upstairs. , however that's to be expected in an older, budget-oriented motel. TV was fine - roughly 70 channels: all the standard cable fare and HBO. Every room has a microwave/refrigerator combo unit. We didn't use ours but it appeared to be in good shape and the inside of the refrigerator was cold. Breakfast was included, which consisted of a selection of cereal, donuts, and toast with coffee, tea, milk, apple juice, and orange juice. As far as location goes, this motel is just outside of Brunswick, which is about a 15 minute drive from Freeport. Since the rates here were much less than those of the motels in Freeport, it was an easy decision to make. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting this section of Maine.
