“My 10th stay in the last 3 years”

Spotless, priced-right, good cable selection, everything works. What else could one want?

“Solid hotel: great value”

Not a single thing luxurious about this place, and yet not a thing wrong with it either. Every necessary comfort is there, and no unnecessary ones. That alone still isn't an adequate explanation of how it can be so cheap. It must be very well managed as well.

“very clean and comfortable”

It was the cleanest and most comfortable stay of anywhere I have ever been. The rates were very reasonable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. I would definately recommend this motel to others.

“Highly recommend!!!”

Perfect place to stay if you're looking for something affordable with just the right ammenities. Everything from check in, to the room, to the continental breakfast, to check out was perfect. The room was immaculate. I would highly recommend.

“Extremely Good Value in Brunswick”

After reading the reviews on this website, my wife and I decided to stay at the Travelers Inn. The previous reviews were accurate, as this inn is a very good value for the money. Not fancy by any means, but it does everything right otherwise: Quiet room, clean room and bathroom, good working AC, comfortable beds, cable TV (although not a flat screen), reasonable continental breakfast (cold cereal, bagels, cream cheese, juice, coffee, bananas). It is designed in the motor inn style where you enter/exit the rooms from the outdoors. The buildings are old but well kept with the carpets, finishes, and furniture all newer and in good repair. We stayed at the Daniel Stone Inn in Brunswick the following two nights, and although it is a much nicer hotel, it was more than twice the price. For the money, I cannot imagine how one could beat the Travelers Inn in this area. I highly recommend it and will stay there again myself when next in the area. In my opinion, if you are on a budget, this is the place to stay in Brunswick, Maine.

“No frills value”

I agree with the reviews that desribe this as an inexpensive, no frills, clean and perfectly adequate hotel. The rooms have not been updated in quite a while, but that was no concern to me. Wireless internet worked fine. It's not fancy, but I was in town for a three day event at Bowdoin and it did the job.

“We will definitely stay here again.”

If you want a clean, well-maintained hotel with friendly staff, this is the place for you. There are not a lot of extra amenities, but you can park near your room, and the staff obviously care about the place, both those at the desk, and the ones behind the scenes. The best part is, it is affordable!!

“I will make reservations there, the next time I am in town.”

Having been there before, I chose it for what it was - an inexpensive, convenient, but well maintained facility. The manager and the night clerk were both friendly and polite. The internet connection in the lobby was very helpful, as was the clerk in offering some search suggestions for local resources, and her follow-up by phone to confirm the information.

“Relaxing week in Maine”

We stayed at the Travelers Inn because we had tried it two years ago and liked the experience. The rooms we have had were larger than regular motel rooms. They had a small fridge and microwave in the rooms The place was well maintained and clean. The lobby staff was always friendly and courteous. There is plenty of parking. Most of the rooms are far enough from the road so that the road noise is not a problem. The motel serves a standard continental breakfast in the lobby. This is a nice affordable family run motel.
