“Worth it! Most incredible hotel I've ever seen”

Breath-taking views, stunning bungalows, complete luxury. The restaurant was great, the staff was friendly... Trip of a lifetime.

“Heaven”

Absolutely everything and more than you can dream of. Make sure to take advantage of going off resort to eat. Much better food for much less... Food selection on the resort can get a little old if you are staying for more than a couple of days... Must do the Lagoon Sting Ray Shark Tour...worth every penny... Jeep tour also shows you the island from the land and gives you a different view of the island... Love this place and will return....

“Bora Bora”

Awesome hotel, great location. Relative quiet in April. Room service was a little slow and the food and coffee were luke warm upon arrival. Definitely recommend the 'over-the-water' bungalows.

“Very exclusive hotel”

It is a very exclusive hotel, with an excelente service in all sense. However, rates are high.

“Luxury that you pay for and still enjoy!”

This is an outstanding resort. The setting is beautiful, suites are fantastic, food is better than normal and service is outstanding. If you stay here, though, do go to the island for dinner at least a couple of times. In addition to being a bit of savings, there are some excellent venues on the main island.

“Great place to stay in Bora Bora!!!!!”

I know when I read reviews that people post I take the reviews with a grain of salt. I am not a person that expects a lot, needs a 5 star hotel, or service that is an A+....I just would like the service I paid for. After reading the reviews people posted on Expedia, St Regis website, Tripadvisor, & in a Tahiti travel book written by Moon I was a little worried what my stay would be like at St Regis. Some people wrote some bad reviews & in the travel book by Moon the writer didn't say anything nice about St Regis. Well, St Regis was so amazing. The staff was incredible!!!!! As soon as we arrived to the airport St Regis had a 50' yacht waiting for us at the airport to transport us to the resort - as we were transported to the hotel they staff on board the boat checked us into the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, two butlers were waiting for us with cold cloths for our faces & a cold glass of vanilla ice tea. We never touched our luggage....the butler drove us around in a golf cart to show us where everything was located at - lobby, pool, restaurants, water toys, etc & then to our overwater room. He walked us into our room & showed us around, our luggage was already in the closet, & he even booked us reservations for dinner to make sure we had a table since we had a late flight in & we were starving. I spoke to other people who stayed at different resorts in Bora Bora & they did not get the awesome service we had at St Regis. Take my word, stay here!!!!

“A lot to be worked on...........”

The hotel was less than responsive to a number of asks. Firstly there was no AC for three days and with a 20-month old it proved fairly hard to deal with (in a 92-95 degree heat). Secondly we found a rat in the room on the 5th night and needed to chase the hotel staff to act upon it. There was also countless times where we would ask for things that were very simple and easy to follow-through items but again it seemed hard for the staff to get right- All very nice people but little to no communication at the resort between departments proved to be the downfall of our trip. For what its worth- A desirable location and a wonderful setting but it didn't change our view that this was a vacation spoilt by inadequate over Christmas.
