“Good quality hotel”

Very easy to communicate with staff who were very helpful.

“Great accommodation”

Stayed here as we had an early flight in the morning. Brilliant position in relation to the airport and good facilities. The room even had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher...

“Good airport hotel”

The hotel has a pool, the rooms are good and spacious. I wish they ran their shuttle from 5am instead of 6am. It would help with the early morning flights. The hotel staff was very courteous and arranged for taxis well.

“Good Hotel”

Stayed here for 1 night in September, rooms fantastic with King size bed, huge tv screen with surround sound speakers & nice leather sofa in room. Receptionist spoke good English and was really helpful. Downside was the shower, bathroom floor was soaked after using it! DVD player didnt work and neither did the computers in the lobby. Overall it could be fantastic if they fixed the above points.

“Great place to stay at Bordeaux airport”

Stayed over for 1 night in mid-June in a standard queen room. The room was impressively spacious and very clean. Had dinner in the bistro type restaurant where the food was good, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel bar service was a little slow but all in all I would definitely go back there. PS - the bottle of wine in the room is not free!

“Poor Service”

The reception staff service was very poor, and the transfer to the airport shuttle bus was problematic. People we'ren't picked up and you need to ask for the shuttle at least 15 minutes before you need to leave.

“airconditioning ?”

The air-conditioning was fixed at a relatively high level - so the room never cooled down. Leaving the room the air-conditioning will stop. The first room offered was awfully smelling from old smoke.

“Sort of convenient”

The staff were friendly, and efficient and had a reasonable smattering of English. Having left for the airport late and in a flat panic, I had forgotten my wash kit and was delighted to discover that the basic toiletries were available to me. big help. The food in the Olive de Mer was reasonable, but not great. Prices were definitely on the high side and the "captive market" philosphy was evident. The room was dimly lit, and without the ability to switch off/on the bedside lights from either side of the bed ( a minor inconveniece). The room was overheated and stuffy, but this was resolved by simply opening the windows. Biggest down-side ........... no airport shuttle service before 0700, which means that you have to take a blindingly expensive 10 euro 2-minute taxi drive.

“Overnight by the airport”

Clean and handy for the airport. Astounded that as the barman didnt show up, the Bar remained shut. Bedroom big, amenities poor, bathroom small, no minibar. Not a 4 star.
