Plain and bad value

The hotel is very plain, the rooms are Spartan, and the location is remote. It was bad value for money.

Average hotel close to tram and centre of Bordeaux

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Good sized bed and comfortable. Close to tram and city centre.
Cons: Room facilities and quality of food.
Location: Location very good, cloe to tram stop and 5 minute ride to centre of Bordeaux.
Room clean but very basic. No drinks in fridge, no complimentary shampoo etc. Towels too small. Bed large and comfortable. Breakfast adequate but not good value for money. Also had lunch in the hotel - only people in the restaurant. Food definitely not inspiring and not good value for money.

Great hotel for city centre with friendly staff.

Posted Apr 25, 2013
Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in brilliant position for trams to city centre and to airport with bus connection for last stage. Room was comfortable with ensuite. the one thing we missed was a fridge. Overall 9.5/10.
