Was expecting better
The shower overflowed when I used it because the drain was blocked so had to change rooms which is a real pain when you are tired and hungry as I was. Speaking of hungry it is listed as having a restaurant so i was very disappointed and surprised to be told the restaurant was closed. This was at 19:30 on a Friday night.

Basic place for one night
Average motel setup. Stayed one night. The room wasn’t a bad setup wise but had a stale smell to it. The rooms need some updating to reflect the foyer and dining area. There was no mini bar which is a negative but the staff were lovely and helpful.

I liked the environment of the hotel so quiet and also the cleanest of my room except the toilet it was clean but the colour of the bottom of the toilet cuve was a bit unclean a toilet cuve is require to avoid losing customers. But overall is a very nice hotel. Thank you for your hospitality

Uncomfortable rooms, but good breakfast
Dark, small and smelly room. Not possible to leave the window open and had to use the air con, which made the room absolutely freezing. Good breakfast and friendly staff. 20 min to city centre by tram.

Friendly hotel with good atmosphere
First stay here, and will return - extremely friendly and helpful staff, (even though I arrived very late), who have the time to let you practice your wonky French. Neat, modern room, with firm and comfortable bed. A good feeling in this place, despite being surrounded by loads of similar hotels, and got the impression that there are a lot of regular clients.

Bordeaux disappointment
The hotel is on industrial site full of hotels ... you could stay at others more cheaply if you just want a bed for the night ... I felt the description was a bit misleading and did not realise it was on a complex of hotels plus the receptionist was not the most friendliest of ppl it felt like were an inconvenience 🙃

Very good value hotel, close to tram stop.
We got an excellent deal for this hotel, which was quiet and comfortable, if quite a way from the centre of the city. This didn't bother us, as we used the clean, cheap and frequent tram to get right into the centre.

The bed was really old and uncomfortable! Also the room was too small for 3. However the hotel is located close to the tram! No fridge in the room and no ice available to cool drinks...

Decent Budget Choice
Great location- especially if renting a car- only 15 mins from airport, also free parking on the hotel site. 2-3 min drive to a hypermarket and only a 3-5 min walk to the nearest tram- which only cost 1.50 euro for the trip into town. Breakfast was good for meat eaters, but less so for vegetarians. Room- could do with some more lighting but was adequate. A/C and TV were nice. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Bed could be slightly more comfortable and maybe a room fridge but otherwise fine.

Hotel outside the city.
Mis-communication about dinner menu. Thought it was half way to the airport not realizing I had to return to the city before actually heading to the airport. So not the right choice of location for me. Tram had a huge problem the very morning I was leaving for the airport. Laundry was done but not pleased with their outcome.

Great hotel, excellent value for money. Very nicely done inside, looks newly refurbished with new clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover! Excellent location for Stade de Bordeaux

tiny rooms with limited closet space
The rooms are TINY and have very limited closet space and no drawers for storing clothes, very large price markup for stays during conventions (triple non-convention rate), the location was convenient however if I had know how close metro station was to the Convention Center (across the road) I would have checked into other locations that may have provided nicer rooms at a more reasonable price

Arrivée prévue en général à 15heures, ca commence mal chambre pas finis de nettoyée j'ai attendu au moins 20 minutes pour récupérer ma chambre. La salle de bain baignoire trop petite pas prévue pour adulte. Le coté positif bonne literie et chambre confortable.
