Lancaster House Hotel had spacious suites and the feel of 1940's New York. It was very clean and some updates were being done to the building. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We made a reservation for the Jacuzzi for our last night in Bogota, which was a relaxing way to end our time in Colombia. The neighbourhood felt safe to walk around in, and there was a lovely park nearby. However the best part was the reception staff - they were all incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome!

Friendly and professional staff, nice sauna there. I had a business partner visit me for a meeting which would go until late but guests are only allowed until 10pm, which was a bit inconvenient so I decided to checkout the same night and we went to his place.
