I arrived Thanksgiving Day with my family at noon and we were allowed to do early check-in. The room was nice, comfy and fully equipped kitchen. Only issue was the crumbs in the pull out couch and uncomfortable mattress. Other than that, everything was great.

Needed a quiet place to stay for one night in Boston and this fit the bill. I was nervous that it would be loud since my room overlooked busy Kenmore Square but I slept great. The room was huge (nice touch to have curtains that could be drawn to create a separate sitting/work area apart from the sleeping area). The king sized bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower (these are things I notice). Bonus was being able to walk right down into Eastern Standard restaurant, get an immediate seat at the bar, and have a nice dinner.

Had the chance to get upgraded to the 14th floor harborview; was really nice to look out over the harbor and see the lights and shimmering water. Concierge was wonderful; happy birthday message written in chocolate on a plate of goodies. (Got us a couple of toothbrushes, as we'd forgotten ours.) Bathtub was a little small, but that's the only thing I can think of that could have been better. Quiet, clean, friendly.

The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay.
It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

We were looking for a hotel reasonably accessible to Logan Airport and Boston University (where our daughter attends) via the "T". With Expedia's help, we found The Kendall Hotel--and what a great find it was! The Kendall is an absolutely adorable converted firehouse that is charming, cozy and very welcoming. Bryan, at Reception, was very friendly and very kind. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our room was immaculately clean, including the spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very hearty and delicious, and included a great variety of items. I especially appreciated the gourmet tea selection. The hotel is no more than a 3-minute walk to the Kendall/MIT "T" station, and from there you can get just about anywhere in and around Boston. Also, the hotel is Wi-Fi equipped and while Wi-Fi is not a deal-breaker, it certainly was a nice bonus. From now on whenever we're visiting Boston, we will definitely be staying at The Kendall Hotel.

I adore this Kimpton brand...and the Hotel Marlowe did NOT let me down! Rachel at front desk rocked and got me a great upgraded exec suite. The ONLY way to do this hotel. Do yourself a favor and upgrade. Valet, and front desk staff extremely helpful with transportation ideas. Bar staff gave me lots of cool advice on what to do in the area. Room was really clean, fully stocked fridge, campy but nice deco style. I liked it a lot! Super personal feel. Feels like visiting friends. Good energy here.
