The service at this hotel is as good as I have experienced anywhere. From the front of house staff, to the concierge team nothing is to much trouble. The Deluxe harbour room really is huge and spotlessly clean with a fantastic view. We ate breakfast in the Sea Grille which was top quality. Overall a fantastic hotel and well worth the money

The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay.
It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

An old fire engine house made into a nice hotel, handy for the subway which stops just opposite. The open top bus tour stops just nearby too. Fabulous breakfast which can be eaten indoors or outdoors. Right in the middle of the MIT, high tech area so not many eating places nearby although you can find some if you are prepared to walk (or take the subway) - don't bother with a car.

Hotel staff was exceptional fro check-in to check-out - engaging and helpful in every respect. Room was a bit underwhelming given its cost. Location is very good with easy access to older part of the city, to the Common and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and to shopping on Newberry and Boylston streets. All are within easy walking distance.

Great hotel, everyone you would expect. Great facilities, very comfy room. Polite, courteous staff. Ideal for MCCA events.
Lovely surprise that they insist on no extra service charges within the hotel. Ie. tips. They say that it is part of the service. A refreshing change to the usual tip-heavy US hotels that just make guests feel awkward.
