The hotel was great, as expected of the Four Seasons brand. The staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The bar was comfortable and service prompt. I really couldn't fault anything about our stay.
It's a pleasant walk to nearby shopping areas, restaurants and theaters.

Most charming botique hotel. Easy access to all. Very safe neighborhood.
We were only there for 1 night & I wish it had been more.
Room was delightfully Americana & so luxurious too.
Will stay again if I can & already recommended to a friend who's married to a fireman.

It was like my home away from home. The staff was very warm and comforting. Nate was terrific in helping us decide where to you. The girls at the front desk were wonderful as well. I would definitely go back.

Hotel staff was exceptional fro check-in to check-out - engaging and helpful in every respect. Room was a bit underwhelming given its cost. Location is very good with easy access to older part of the city, to the Common and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill and to shopping on Newberry and Boylston streets. All are within easy walking distance.

Even though it was pouring rain for our stay, the staff couldn't have been more warm or welcoming. Our room was very clean, overlooking the harbor and fitted with all a traveler needs (including umbrellas!!). Great experience.
